Yes,they do.
The Khmer Surin can speak,but they can't read or write Khmer.
Chey Mongkol needs them to learn Khmer at villages in three provinces.These three provinces can speak Khmer well.
Thailand was belong to Khmer Empire.
How many Khmer people are living in Thailand?
Thai govt said,two million people in 20o9.
Thai have 67 million people.
Did someone believe that Khmer ethnic group have only 2 million people?
