The King shall receive letters of credentials from ambassador or envoys extraordinary and plenipotentiary of foreign countries accredited to the Kingdom of Cambodia.

It is a job well done by the king, regarding this article.That is only diplomatic relations to maintain.
However,our king has more priorities and more roles for PEACE and stability in Cambodia.
Oppression or invasion as result of corruption WILL create instability in Cambodia by conflicts of interests.
Please DO not take the comment as opposing to either the king or RGC,but stating the concern that obviously that affects cambodians and cambodian society.
We are not brainwashed by opposition or any faction.
