Chapter II: THE KING
Article 28

The King shall sign the law promulgating the Constitution, krams adopted by the National Assembly, and krets presented by the Council of Minister.

In other words the "King" is just a rubber stamp in this instance, right, Khmer democrat?

Can the constitution amend to abolish king from Cambodia? I don't think King is benefit to Khmer people except he is a just a pupet and waste khmer money. He did nothing to defend Khmer land.
