Neatee Koun Khmers: Announcement

Dear Neatee Koun Khmers Participants,

As a moderator of the forum, I am highly sensitive to the current border situation, and I do not want to draw your attention away from this issue. For this reason, I would like to postpone our scheduled topic of discussion. Neatee Koun Khmers will resume its regular discussion on Wednesday, December 22, 2010. We will be exploring the concept of political institutions.

Political institutions are where all the important decisions are made that impact social quality, national sovereignty, economy, political stability, and the country’s long term direction. Thus, who sets the national agenda and manages the political processes in these institutions makes a big difference in the people’s lives and the future of a nation. (Neatee Koun Khmers, Dec. 22, 2010)

I am looking forward to discussing this concept with you next week. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Thank you,

Koun Khmer
