Rights of Fair Trial

By Khmer Democrat, Phnom Penh
Fair Trial Rights Series

The Fair Trial Handbook was conceived and edited by Ms. Theary C. Seng, drafted by legal consultant Mr. Richard J. Rogers (who went on to become the Chief of the ECCC Defense Support Section), translated into Khmer by Ms. Pen Rany, and funded by U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). It contains the basic rights to a fair trial under current Cambodia law (e.g., Constitution, Criminal Code, Criminal Procedure, International Covenant of Civil and Political Rights, Convention on the Rights of the Child).
Note: Council of Ministers under construction then, completed now, thanks to Chinese money who can buy each of the Ministers at will.

You better check again who wrote this book. It was a great team work and it's unfair for those who wrote it if you mention that.
