To the Cartoonist here you are again. It very funny, it amused me and make me so happy to just looking at your cartoon you make my day.
I love you Mr. Cartoonist who ever you are, I love to meeting you one day. I will go there and shake your hand I will say you are One Khmer awesome talented individuals.

Can I recommand that everyone who see this cartoon to print out this cartoon as a post card and give away or send it to every Khmer as a gesture of patriotism to wake up the sleeping Khmer for the new year 2011.If inside Cambodia can't please do outside. Thank you to take my recommandation to be a new year resolution.
Dear Khmer, I think this cartoon is sum up of what we are right now after long years of hard working between Sihanouk, Hun Sen, Rannaridh and king Sihamony to help their master.
Now it up to us as true Khmer are we accept this or not?

why cambodia have only a few, same leaders all the time? i wonder what happened if they are dead? who to replace them? certainly not their uneducated children, relatives, etc! for a better society, etc, they should encourage people from all walks of life to participate in good governance! of course, everyone have to play by the rule of law, no exception!

Two of the biggest problems which have caused Cambodia and her people suffering and loss of territory all of these years are geography and the mentality of the so-called leaders.
Once the kingdom of Champa had been wiped out from the world map, the good buffer state was gone and Cambodia unfortunately became Vietnam's next neighbor and, therefore, a new target.
Vietnam and its rapid growing population have moved down south till nowhere to go, but the sea and have thus begun a new strategy to move westward.
Every Cambodian knows this reality quite well. We all know very well the Vietnamese insatiable ambition for Cambodian territory.
It is always easy for the Vietnamese to influence Cambodian politics and to find power-greedy Cambodians to serve their interests and in return are helped politically and militarily by them, the Vietnamese to hold on to or get power in Cambodia.
Cambodian leaders of all generations have not been able to show that they love Cambodia more than their power. From Sihanouk to Lon Nol to Pol Pot and now to Hun Sen, they are all the same trying to cling on to power even though they are not capable of leading the country. They behave as if Cambodia were their own absolute property being passed down to them from their parents and they have the responsibility to safeguard this property so it will be able to, in the future, be passed down to their children.
During the Vietnam's war instead of working together under the banner of a united Cambodia ready to face a unified and ambitious Vietnam, the Cambodian leaders fought among themselves and each tried to fool Cambodians into several groups supporting individually their causes such as Cambodian Monarchy, American-styled Republic, Pro-Chinese Communist State and last but not least Pro-Vietnamese Communist State.
The Cambodian leaders in this case Sihanouk, Lon Nol, Pol Pot and Hun Sen use nationalism to symbolize their struggle with the sole purpose of eventually obtaining power for themselves and their cronies and followers.

Look at the example of a civil war in Cambodia between 1970 and 1975 between the Khmer Republic supported by America and the Khmer Rouge supported by Sihanouk, China and the Vietnamese.
Is it necessary for Sihanouk to use his own popularity and prestige to call upon his supporters to go into the forest to fight Lon Nol? Was that in the interest of Cambodia or Sihanouk?
Was it necessary for the KR led by Pol Pot to fight the Khmer Republic? In whose interest was the fighting?
Obviously all the wars were not in the interests of Cambodia. We fought among each other till we were so weak that Vietnam managed to walk into Cambodia so easily.
Look at the current political situation in Cambodia and one can see clearly how history is repeating itself. The opposition is so divided that they fight among themselves more than they can against the ruling party. Even the monarchists are divided into two camps with no light of reconciliation and you can understand why reconciliation cannot be obtained because each camp leader wants to be the big boss and for that reason to them staying as two groups is better than being united into one. Each is willing to serve their common rival in power so they can get favor from the powerful rival to destroy the other. It is too difficult for them to work together to compete with their common rival. This alone explains why Cambodians can't work together to face the Vietnamese; some have to work for the Vietnamese to destroy their Cambodian counterparts so they can be in power.
When Prince Ranarridh was the first Prime Minister, he made no attempt whatsoever to limit the number of terms of Prime ministership in the Constitution thinking that doing so would limit his own chance to stay in power as long as possible.
If Hun Sen were to be a true nationalist and selfless leader, he would move to limit his own term in office through the amendment of the Constitution so that new people and new ideas can be used to serve the national interests.
Cambodia, as a nation, has a long way to go and the only way to change this mentality of the leaders from continuing on forever is to take time to begin to educate the ordinary citizens about their rights, their participation in politics of the country and how to recognize a good leader from a bad one. This will take time and it can be a long process.

I don't really care which way the political winds blow in Cambodia. It's the Kingdom of the Devil the way I see it. The way the Khmer Empire started was by a demonic inspiration. I have knowledge into spiritual understanding that is why I can say what I said.
Satan is very selfish and every leader who follow after him display that characteristic.
In truth, the devil been dealing blows to the Khmer people after he had made them great at one time. The people think they are worshiping Buddha, but instead, they worship demons. They been offering incense and sacrifices to demons. They are subject to demons power and cruelty. They cannot discern this because they don't have the truth of God's word as a touch-stone to test all spirits whether they are of God.
I was delivered from that darkness by receiving the truth that is in Christ Jesus. And now I can know that there is an Adversary behind the struggle that is manifesting itself in the flesh.
People, there is a spirit behind every conceived idea. A Buddha is not just a Buddha but a spirit behind it.Allah is not just Allah but a spirit behind it. Muslims don't hate Jews, unless there is a spirit behind it. One World Order is not just and idea but a spirit behind it. To depopulate the earth is not just an environmentalist idea but a spirit behind it. All these spirits are demonic in ill will - to destroy mankind, but God wants all mankind to repent and turn back to him that we may have life more abundantly.
