What traffic?? are you kidding!! I don't think there is any traffic in Cambodia. The only traffic is Child prostitute and drug trafficking by Mr. Hun Sen Party ( the CPP )
Whatever you are trying to say, we still take over your belove Cambodia. We will do our best to populate Cambodia as much as possible.
All khmer must give up hope before it too late!
The youths don't obey traffic laws because they are following the examples set by the Police and the elites.

Bear in mind that Respect is a two ways street.Respct the laws and lead to respect the laws is what officials or leaders need to DO!.

it's likely everywhere all over the world, too. do it like in america, the have fine by issuing tickets for the violator(s). i mean, there ought to be a system in place to discourage the violators of law, you know!
apply consistent penalty and people will avoid paying for them. Money is hard to find, no matter who you are. Driving is a privilege, take a way the license of repeated offer for a period of time and you will deter the rich kids also.
Just need to consistently enforced the law.
The high and low officials teens do not obey traffic laws.They show their new expensive cars or motorcycles on the streets.These high gangster children did for fun because their parents will pay for it;and police can not jail them.Then the money getting from bribes can get a new one for their kids.
With the middle or lower class families,they can fine,but the higher class families can not.
So what! That a dumb corruption country called crooked and crony Cambodia.
The higher official and higher class teens families never respect police officers,streets,and traffic signs.

If you are the senior officers did not respect the law I mean any laws, how could you expect youngsters to respect the law? you are the bunch of money hungers not a good role model for youngster, you drank and drive, you have black tint in your car, you use official plate numbers as your own, you drove over the speed limit, you never fasten sit belts, you drove over people, you make the way over the traffic jam, and the most ugly thing was you fined poor Khmer and put in your pockets. You are hypercritical and hypocrisy. God will punish you 2011.
