December 14, 2010, MP Son Chhay leads a delegate of 17 MPs, SRP members and hundred of villagers in Dar commune, Memot district, Kampong Cham province to visit border post no 109, 108 and border demarcation no 103. Many families complaint bitterly about their lands were lost due to the new border posts.
At the border demarcation no 103 there were more than 10 Vietnamese armed soldiers stopped the delegation on Cambodia territory where unarmed Cambodian Police and Army were standing hopelessly watch the illegal act by the Vietnamese soldiers.

Each time of a Prime Minister of Cambodia must allow to put ONLY ONE BORDER POLL with the approvals of people in that area.
Each time of the Cambodian Prime Minister cannot put All Borders Polls at Vietnam, Lao, and Thailand borders like Hun Sen's regime.
Because we will have more new prime minister coming in the future.
Why is Hun Sen regime alone so hurry to put ALL Borders Polls?
