The Cospas-Sarsat satellite system’s channels have been put into operation at Cambodia’s Search and Rescue (SAR) points of contact (SPOC).
Speaking at a ceremony in Phnom Penh on December 20, Do Duc Tien, Deputy Head of the Vietnam Maritime Administration, to hand over data transmission channels, expressed his belief that these channels will operate effectively to serve the search and rescue activities to keep safety and security in transport activities in Cambodia.
As a member of the Cospas-Sarsat Organisation, Vietnam has helped Cambodia install equipment and train local staff who will receive, process and distribute data from the Cospas-Sarsat satellite.

As part of the Cambodia-Viet demarcation process the Vietcong had been using their Satellite to search for mineral deposit in Cambodia for years.
It is a strange thing to hear AH SVar Kim Hong claimed that Cambodia-Viet demarcation make Cambodia gain land from the Viet and the Viet gain land from Cambodia. But it is the Viet who gain land from Cambodia with mineral deposit! But as for Cambodia and what does Cambodia gain? AH Svar is behind his time!
cambodia can learn and should learn from every country in the world, i don't care who they are. it is stupid not to learn from those who are wised, experienced, etc..., you know! politics aside, be wise!

The Khmer-Viet borders mean nothing.They just marke borders,but Viet still controled the whole Khmer country because country is one of Viet province.
Sihanouk,Sihamoni,Hun Sen and govt high officials,and low offlcials are ghosts.

= So tell me what did AH HUN SEN do in 1979? I didn't see AH HUN SEN but I saw Pen Sovan who led the so called the liberation from the Khmer Rouge and he became the first Cambodian Prime Minister.
In 1985 AH HUN SEN was appointed (not elected) by the Vietcong as the Prime Minister of Cambodia after he snitched on Pen Sovan for political deviation from the Vietcong hegemonic Communist ideology and the Vietcong put Pen Sovan in jail for 10years. While the stance of previous Cambodian Prime Minister was to be independence and free from the Vietcong interference and influence by contacting free capitalist country such as Singapore!

Cambodia make the biggest mistake in the world by giving too much credit to AH HUN SEN for bring peace to Cambodia! Now Cambodia has peace with the highest corruption, poverty, and death rate! = As for United States if there are no Vietcong in Cambodia and there would be no American military personnel in Cambodia! According U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower, the Domino Theory prediction that if China become Communist and Korea, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Burma, India...will become communist which is a threat to America free Capitalist country!

= Well....What is the benefit of paying tax in US? Those tax money are used to build and to provide such services such as roads, police, and firemen and school and many other things. Now compare Cambodian roads, bridges, and school to the US.
