Question: Has the government of Cambodia started to make laws that place limits on NGOs operating in country? What sort of limits? How is this affecting NGO programs?
Answer: The United States has serious concerns about the law as drafted and strongly opposes the enactment of any law that would constrain the legitimate activities of NGOs. We urge the Royal Government of Cambodia to consult closely with NGOs and other stakeholders on the substance of the draft law, and to reconsider whether such a measure is even necessary. The United States believes that a strong and free civil society is vital to strengthening democratic institutions, enhancing economic and humanitarian well-being, and promoting a sustainable economy. In Cambodia, as in many other countries, NGOs and other civil society organizations make critical contributions in these areas.

The united state, European union, King, Funcipece, CPP, and 92 precent of cambodia people are not with Mr. Sam rainsy, except Thai thuge that give rainsy hope but Thai thug only used SRP for their benifite, and SRP organization are totaly mess, mess, and messy, now as we clearly see How low, low, low and inexperienced Mr.Sam is? wasn't it right?. The US should know that Hun Sen doesn't like NGO to medling with his corrupt business in Cambodia. The whole world knows that Hun Sen has no brain reserve for Khmer People but his master youn only.
The US should work closely with NGO to help maintain hunman right in Cambodia.

Have you ever heard people crying by losing their land and their equal opportunity to participate in nation building.
No one is the best priest either Sam Rainsy nor Hun sen, Chea Sim or Heng Somrin. They all are politicians. They did everything for their political interest I must be saying. Yourself, being love CPP sides you are unknowingly blame and criticise another individual privacy.
It indicates very clear that you are supporting someone else who makes lose of our natural resources particularly land as the main factor of being a country of Cambodia.
You look at Cambodia in term of low income family, unemployment and social injustice. You should share your hands to change these unwanted factors. I think it is value and benefit to our nation. By spending your time and intellectual to support the loss of national interest party then our country will remain loss and loss.

First of all, the red wavy line under your words means they are spelled wrong. 2nd, if you have any intellect yourself, the word, INTELLECT, at a minimum, should be spelled correctly. 3rd, not every noun can be converted to an adjective by adding "-ed." 4th, "much more capable smarter" is the dumbest thing I've heard all day. And 5th, sentences end in periods, not commas.
