Yes, we need to develop more vocational training programs like this to create skills and jobs for our young population. It is great that kids can pursue higher education, if they have the financial and intellectual abilities. But, for those who can afford higher education and need jobs now, vocational skills can improve their shots at better life.

Also, many higher education institutes (private or public) are producing many unemployed graduates.

Let's say, you had 15 PhD's in economics, if everyone hordes opportunities like current Finance Minister Keat Chhon and his cliques have done for about 30 years, it could possibly take you 450 years to get a shot at that top finance job!!! On the other hand, you can train to be a top mechanic, or electronic technician, you may have a better chance to make some money in your early years of life.
