it's nothing to be surprised, not only Pheng Sotheany is a female driver in UNDP Cambodia, but the UN do have female driver long time ago such as UNICEF and other UN agencies in Cambodia. This is one of the UN strategy to enforce the gender balance in the whole UN system.
