5 suspects arrested in the distribution of leaflets insulting Hun Xen; One SRP activist arrested among the 5.
A group of people suspected of distributing leaflets criticizing and cursing government leaders, in particular Hun Xen, during two consecutive days (27 and 28 Jan) in Battambang province and in Chamcar Mon and 07 Makara districts in Phnom Penh, was arrested by the cops on 29 Jan.
A reliable high-ranking police source revealed that a student at the University of Education was arrested on 29 Jan and he is suspected of being involved in the distribution of leaflets cursing government leaders.
The suspects arrested included: Sin Visal, Pech Saroeun, a SRP commune councilor, and three other people. The source indicated that the five suspects are currently being detained at various locations: Kratie province, Takeo province and Phnom Penh city. The source added that the five will be sent to the Takeo provincial court on 30 January so that they may be legally charged.
Touch Naroth, the Phnom Penh police commissioner, indicated today that Sin Visal is a student. Currently, the suspects are being questioned by the Central Security department of the Ministry of Interior.
Leaflets cursing government leaders were distributed by unknown people. Such distributions took place in the past along several provinces, in Takeo in particular, as well as in Banteay Meanchey, Preah Vihear and Siem Reap province.

There is doubt that those leaflets which is insulting to Cambodian leaders was created by SRP. Cambodian Police should not only arrested those 5 suspects, but must search SRP headquarter in Phnom Penh and in the provinces. The master mind of those leaflets is the senior SRP leaders, but they are really coward, not dared to distribute by themselves and using some students and other SRP activities to do a dirty trick for them.

If Dr. Hun Sen and Dr. Hun Manet remove the tablet it is show they are extremely coward and his star are just joy stars given by his daddy not by patriotism. Dr. Hun Manet is very coward as his daddy they only aim to kill innocent Cambodians that all. Dr. Hun SEn and Dr. ten stars Hun Manet are very great at bullying Cambodians and killing Cambodians but cowardly toward Thai and Viet.
CPP are not just corrupted, CPP are extremely corrupt. They are even sell the country such as Kos Trol, Seas, lands, Cambodian people, Cambodian health and well being, all resources in the Cambodia…with lost count. You name it!
Seriously where is the win win policy of Dr. Hun Sen represent? The country is getting smaller and smaller and shame by Dr. Hun Sen and Dr. Hun Manet and his families, his relatives and friends.
You distribute leaflets critical of Hun Sen and you are guaranteed to be found by the police within 48 hours. But, if you throw a grenade or two at non-violent protesters, killing and maiming a hundred or so people, then the CPP police can never find even a trace of you. Strange, huh?
Not just Sam Rainsy or free world democratic parties,but Khmer million people are unhappy with Hun Sen irresponsible leadership in Cambodia.
