The Government must intervene in this matter like in the Philippines.
The migrant worker will allow to go to work abroad only after checking the foreign employer adhere and fill criteria to ensure the safety and protection ot mirant worker.
Government must regulate the exit of migrant workers: cooperation must be done with IOM and foreign Government in this matter. If Government doesn't work this out and implement regulation to protect migrant workers for what sover countries, the responsabilitie will fall on them.
There are so many countries investors that come to invest in Cambodia such as China investing 6 billion dollars;South Korea has 3 billion dollars;Singapore 2 billion dollars; Vietnam 2 billion dollars etc...
Khmer citizens went
to work as slaves everywhere in the world.All the investor countries above did not hire as their workers because Khmer have no skills to do their jobs,so These poor Khmer need to leave Cambodia.
The Hun Sen govt is not responsible to create jobs for them.
The 14 Million Khmer citizens,half of them are Vietnamese illegal immigrants getting jobs,living freely on Khmer land to cultivate fruits,rice farmers,fish catchers.
Hun Sen love Vietnam citizens than its own citizens.
Hun Sen,where are jobs for Khmer people.
Stop let them go abroad as foreign slaves like this.
To say that Khmer have no skill or lazy is not true, as any others country in the world they work as trainee, they do not born with skill Khmer make no different. Khmer every smart Angkor architecture as an example, by camparison to our neightbour we Khmer better off but because of this ignorant government, 5 to 6 millions Viet in Cambodia they took 5 to 6 millions jobs already.
The investment from China, Viet, Korea, Singapore ...to serve Viet in Cambodia only, not to the Khmer. All jobs went on back door, Viet have the money to bribe to get the job, they have Viet net work, if one Viet being employed in one firm then it did not take very long the whole firm will be taken over by Viet and the whole firm will be full of Viet workers.

I would suggested to those nannies who are going or planning to work for other countries as maids got their nanny license or certificate before their departures.
In Canada after you had worked as a nanny for two years, you are eligible to apply for Permanent Resident of Canada.
