The Gov't did the right things. They used to send all Gov't officials back to school, but now they have replaced them, because the government has been using the same energy and the same efforts to patch up all leaking boats. Now, the Gov't is much smarter. They have put new boats, less headache, and more productive for the long run. A loser is still a loser. Any one who ignited people power while the Thais are building a new war room will not produce a good result for you. Stop the politics of greed, stop the politics of ambition and use democratic ways to win through fair elections. If Khmers are already united, stay with that, unless Hun Sen is gone like Pol Pot. If all of us truly love Khmers, we must be responsible to the outcomes of our actions. To create chaos in our country is not a good idea. We all see a lot of developments and a better future now. Please let the Khmer government be stable long enough and strong enough to deal with the Yuon (Vietnamese) or the Siamese (Thais) in another time. The time that is most dangerous that the Yuon or the Siamese could swallow Cambodia is not now. Between 1960 to 1998, we Khmers were so weak. Now we are very much okay, so please don't allow ourselves to be trapped into another military strategy of our enemies. Our enemies have always created superior opportunities to achieve victories by weakening our Khmer race.
In 1998 the result of people power cost Indonesia to lose East Timor. In the Soviet Union, they lost Poland, Azerbaijan, Hungary, Yugoslavia and East Germany. In China, they lost Manchuria to Japan just before World War II, and lost the whole of China to England before then. In Cambodia, people power provoked demonstrations every month from the 1960s so we lost to Pot Pot. Do we want any of these? And who is your strongest leader that may drive Yuon or Siam out?
I never worked for the Cambodian People's Party. I do not have any positions in the Gov't. I am just a business man.
As we can see, waves of hundreds of demonstrations from 1998 t0 2004 killed a lot of businesses, my business was significantly damaged and I ended up moving to live in the USA for better opportunities. Now as you see, some media started to spread dirty people's power to topple the Gov't. Many life will die and all businesses will suffer at least for 5 years. I am making a living up to the fullest now. I don't need to struggle or use any patriotic tactics to earn a living. I am only hungry to make more money, not to be in politics.

Some CPP (aka Yourn' s agents) not only try to oppress people in Cambodia by not allowing them to listen to the out side world, they try to sneak in to KI to spread their propaganda here as well.
They are afraid that people would know the truth but people In Cambodia as well as out side are a lot smarter than they think.

A lesson should be learned: During the rule of Sangkum Reastr Niyum, which was recognized by the majority of Khmer as golden era, a small handful of self-claimed national patriots toppled Sihanouk accusing him of having relations with North Vietnam. What had they achieved? Nothing besides a corrupt and weakened Lon Nol regime very much dependent on the US's assistance. When the US retreated, we lost to the Khmer Rouge soldiers, which were supported by the Vietnamese soldiers. Everyone would acknowledge that Lon Nol was no better than Sihanouk. Now, if you could succeed in taking over the current regime, will Sam Rainsy be able enough to lead the country against the Vietnamese? Sam Rainsy does not have a human infrastructure to rule the country? The Khmer Rouge victory over Lon Nol meant nothing when they didn't have the human infrastructure to rule the country letting the country fall into the hands of the Vietnamese. Creating people's power turmoil to weaken the government only serves the interests of the Vietnamese and other opportunist foreigners. The current government getting stronger with the support from China does strike a balance against the Vietnamese's influence in Cambodia. The current government is clever in handling with the US and China. I remember Sam Rainsy said he didn't need the backing of China, it sounded like when Sihanouk abandoned the US in the late 1960s making the country unstable. We need stable and unified, strong government to economically grow to keep abreast with other countries. Stop doing shits that will just provide benefits to the foreigners.

It's a new trend in KI Media to express opinion with soft approaches in the last few weeks commenced before the new year 2011.
There have been many strategies with writing to confuse, incite or provoke blogger to make them jump, how high it's depending on the interpretation and perception from individual respondents.
The very strong campaign to unite Khmer people, using profane language and falsifying facts and evidences with terrible language skill or analysis style like 9:29AM and Mike, whom I just hope they are different individuals; these make me wonder how far can the stunts man/woman perform their desperate acts?
With the RCG spoke persons on many concern issues such as land grabbing, corruptions, border's encroachment and the latest is human rights of course ...; they can only put their government to deeper trouble with their shameless responses to the public. And yet, they cannot find anyone to convince Khmer people who are genuinely expressed their caring and concern about Cambodia and its people via cyber spaces, with their credibility and authenticity.
No matter how much money they throw out to any desperate worker, and no matter how competent and clever the person would be, they simply just can't do it.
The more the CPP, Hun Sen and their clans try the more they lose. However they adopt the "win win" term in a very funny context they have invented to support their baseless and tasteless arguments.
I just hope that many other Khmer compatriots would do the same as I have been doing, just sit back and observe their actions or carefully follow the pathetic games they have been continuing to play until their last day.

In Cambodia's today under Hun Sen's "so-called" smart people (claimed by Mike) the rich and the powerful use only US dollars in order to inflate prices, so the poor would not be able to afford anything.
Under the dictatorial Hun Sen regime, the rich gets richer, while the poor gets kicked out of their houses to make room for the rich and powerful such tycoon Ly Yong Phat, Yeay Phu, Sok Kong, etc.
These tycoons are the financial backers to the CPPs' continued election victories. They simply use the blood monies to buy votes and to hire death squats to eliminate the opposition and dissidents.

People Power will only help to improve the Khmer leadership not destroying. I support freedom of expression, speech, and press. These are the basic freedom that all human kind on this planet need to have to function in a civilize society. In Cambodia, there will be a farmer revolution due to the lack to opportunities and government aren't paying any attention to the farmers that are losing acres and acres of lands to the Hun Sen cronies that are supporting Hun's military. We can act responsibly in the current Khmer society. I don't think that we asking for war, but we need to shake up the government in order to improve and bring about better and stronger leadership within in Cambodia.
Our #1 enemy is Youn (Viet), not Thai. Thai is our love to hate neighbor that we share very similar culture and custom with rich history. All the Thai leaders in the past were all related to the Khmer king to general of the former Khmer Angkor army. Kick the Viet back home and take back all of our land, including Khmer Krom. Rise up khmer and fight for your freedom and your territory.
