BANGKOK, Jan 26 (Bernama) -- Tense situations resume along the Thai-Cambodian border in Si Sa Ket province as Cambodia refuses to remove its tablet bearing accusations of Thai soldiers trespassing onto Cambodian territory near the Preah Vihear Temple, Thai News Agency (TNA) reported.
More soldiers from both countries have been deployed along the Thai-Cambodian border in and opposite Kantharalak district of Si Sa Ket province on Wednesday, as the Cambodian military has announced they will not remove their tablet in front of Kaew Sikha Khiri Sawara Temple, which stands on a contentious area along the Thai-Cambodian border near the adjacent Preah Vihear Temple.
The tablet bore words of protest accusing Thai soldiers of trespassing onto Cambodian territory. It was reported Wednesday morning that as the Cambodian military ordered full-scale reinforcements along the contentious Thai-Cambodian border, Thai soldiers have too, responded with more troops to maintain security. The movements have stroke fear to people living nearby of possible violence.
Thai soldiers from the Suranaree Task Force and paramilitary rangers supervising border areas in the district have temporarily barred people from approaching the border for safety concerns.
Meanwhile, Thai Defence Minister General Prawit Wongsuwon responded to the People's Alliance for Democracy (PAD), whose supporters are staging a protest in Bangkok to demand action from the Thai government on Thai-Cambodian border issues, saying that negotiations with the demonstrators were necessary.

If Hun Sen be tough on all fronts, the Thai ambition wouldn't happened.
Look at on the east border with YOUN at KP. Cham province for example. They (Youn) had planned the border mark right near the house of Monkey Heng Samrin and Hun Sen government done nothing to stop them. So Thai is now really wants that 4.6km2.
Mark my words, Hun Sen must request to UN or use the 1991 Paris Peace Agreement to bring them to UN Court again. If not this thing will not solve anything.
