You do have a good hand writing and your poem is well craft! But I am wondering - if you could use the same amount of times to help find the solution rather than condemming that Sen's tear is not true...it could be more useful of your time.
Just a thought,
I really love your poem, thank you so much. We are Khmer, we clearly understand these situations but some guys are not real Khmer so they are always not happy to see and hear the truth.

TO KOPRY, YAY TEP, RATNA KEO, HENG SOY AND ALL KI TEAMS
-we need mental toughness to be eficiency leader.
-leader should have higher standard.
- he should be capable inlfuent people positively by demostrate himself willing to serve. Must let people know he is there for them so that people will listen and work hard for his command.
- Leader must be strickness and discipline.
He must make it clear betweent punishment and rewards.
Mr. sam rainsy don't have that quality. Mr Sam rainsy,he is very kind, and a significant selfe importance over service, he tend to be peac relax and easy and interest in comfort complacence zone, this will only attract weaker, weaker, and wearker people. he Mr. Sam rainsy is very, very, and very weakness leader. he must prepared to change, yes he must chang himselfe first that the first step to be winner characteristice. sorry if it means to insult you, but every body needs feed back. Thanks for the poem. Very beautifully written and meaningfully expressed.
Change - positive or negative - starts with mental perception in people's minds. Therefore, no amount of anyone's time will be truly better spent, as long as his/her perception remains warped in prejudice or bigotry.
In any case, as the writer of this piece points out, people have attempted to rectify and intervene on their country's behalf only to be charged with 'treason' instead by the power that be who have no time for such things as accountability or contrition towards calamities such as the Pich bridge tragedy or land confiscations.
If they were accountable to their own actions and office, the least they could have done would have been to launch or invite an independent inquiry panel to look into the causes of that tragic event, or consider the panel's recommendations, if any, before hastily putting a lid upon the case, declaring 'no one is to blame'.
How does this approach contribute anything to the reforming and betterment of public administration or to social planning processes, except to reassure public officials that they could always count upon the safety net that the inbuilt-impunity culture provides for them whenever their negligence and lack of professionalism result in losses of innocent lives and limbs?

អេ ! បើសរសើរ ហ៊ុនសែន ពូកែ បំផ្លេចបំផ្លាញជាតិរបស់ខ្លួន ដោយ បំរើខ្មាំងឈ្លានពាន, អាហ្នឹងបានហៅថា ដុំកំភួន -- មិនមែនរកលេសកិច្ចកល ! ហើយបើសិនជាបានជួយ ហាមឃាត់ ឬ បំបិត សូម្បីតែ កំណាព្យ ក៏កុំឲ្យមាន, អាហ្នឹងបានហៅថា មានខួរមានក្បាលអត់ទុកទំនេរ ហើយព្រមត្រិៈរេសួរធ្វើដឹង -- ចេះ -- ឥតលីលា ! ពូកែ ?
ខ្ញុំដឹងថាអ្នកទាំងអស់គ្នាជាខ្មែរ ចេះឈឺចាប់នឹងអំពើដែលបរទេសធ្វើមកលើប្រទេសជាតិ និងពលរដ្ឋរបស់ខ្លួន ក៏ប៉ុន្តែអ្វីដែលអ្នកទាំងអស់គ្នាគួរធ្វើក្នុងពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ននោះគឺ រឹះគិតពិចារណា ។ ការបញ្ចេញមតិយោបល់ជាការដាស់តឿនមួយដល់កូនខ្មែរ ក៏ប៉ុន្តែត្រូវចាំថាអ្នកដែលអ្នកកំពុងដាស់តឿនក៏កំពុងត្រូវបានគេប្រើប្រាស់ការបោកបញ្ឆោតដែរ ដែលធ្វើអោយពាក្យសំដីដែលអ្នកបានបញ្ចេញ ក្លាយជាមិនបានការ ហើយរឹតតែនាំទុក្ខដល់អ្នកទៀត ។
