On the eve of the arrival in Cambodia of Surya Subedi, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Cambodia, the Cambodian Center for Human Rights (CCHR) together with ARTICLE 19, the leading international organization working to promote free expression around the world, issues a joint statement titled “Cambodia: freedom of Expression and the point of no return.”
