How warped minded are these Thai people? First of all, in 1962, the temple was never in that super great of a condition that the Thai claim it to be. Throughout the centuries, Thai armies have attempted to destroy it many times as the Thai on numerous occasions invaded into Khmer territory and sacked the temple as well as other Khmer temples, looting them of their carvings, bronzes and precious stones.
Second, the temple was built by the Khmer civilization. It was never Thai. I can't understand why the Thai are trying to take credit for something that they never built. This goes to show once again that the Thai people have an identity crisis. They refuse to believe that when the Khmers were a strong empire, the Thai themselves were nothing more but uncivilized tribes wandering down from southern China. They were vassals to us and it was us Khmers that gave them customs, social structure, traditions, alphabet, and an idea of being civilized. Without us, the Thai would be what the Hmong people are today.
Third, if the Thai care about Preah Vihear so much, why would they order their military to shell and cause damage to the temple? This shows a lack of care and respect for the temple.
Fourth, Abhisit Vejjajiva doesn't really care about the temple and doesn't care about that 4 square kilometer plot of land surrounding Preah Vihear. He is only using this situation to stir up Thai nationalism and paranoia to divert away attention from the internal political problems of the Thai government and the real social problems concerning Bangkok and southern Thailand.

DO SOME THING...GET RID OF AH KBOT HUNSEN AND SOME CPP PUPPET, BUT SOME OF KHMER PATRIOT IN CPP MUST WAKE UP AND FIGHT BACK...THIS IS THE TIME FOR SOME KHMER PATRIOT IN CPP TO FIGHT BACK...> BRAVO...!!!

Cambodians inside and outside comes together at a time of need for Cambodia and unite as one Cambodia when Thailand invades Cambodia. This is a well-built support and stand behind for our troops at the border to expel the invaders. We're doing the right thing for Cambodia. May God bless Cambodia.
