[…] Faced by the communications generation, a movement of Internet-linked 20-something Egyptians demanding the right to speak freely, Mubarak proved himself to the last to be the great non-communicator. Anyone wanting to teach a course in 21st-century politics should begin in Egypt, where the power of real-time flat Web-savvy organizations over ponderous hierarchies has just been illustrated.
What course the Egyptian armed forces will take is unclear, but their sympathy with the cause of the uprising — or at least their determination not to fire on the people and to defend the nation rather than a despot — has been evident from the time of the first big demonstration on Jan. 25. A communiqué issued by the military’s Supreme Council before Mubarak’s resignation said it was “committed to sponsor the legitimate demands of the people” in pursuit of “a free democratic community.” It spoke of the “honest people who refused corruption.”
At last, it seemed, an Arab people — long trampled-upon, long subjected to the humiliation of non-citizenry in a state without laws — stood front and center. The Arab world has awoken from a long conspiracy-filled slumber induced by aging despots determined to keep their peoples from modernity. […]

Everywhere, I walk in Cambodia I see Vietnamese speak Vietnamese every where, why? Why?
Don't you and your families scare of hell for eternity?
When you die can you bring all of your power and money with you?
How come only real Khmer with dark skin, skinny with no big land and property willing to go to the frontline to defiance Cambodia land but Chinese Cambodians are hiding and waiting to take the lands and benefit after war, Is that fair to real dark skin Khmer, Dr. Hun Sen???? When the country in trouble only Khmer with dark skin willing to die to protect Cambodian nation but rich fat Chinese Cambodian abuse dark skin Khmer as stupid after the war over, why Dr. Hun Sen??? Why??? Most Chinese Cambodians are prejudice toward dark skin Khmer and they always look down to real Khmer as stupid. They are very hardly let’s dark skin Khmer married their children. Can Dr. Hun Sen please explain to all dark skin military of Cambodia? Where is the Chinese Cambodians at frontline? Is it really unfair to Khmer army?

If Dr. Hun Sen and Dr. Hun Manet remove the tablet it is show they are extremely coward and his star are just joy stars given by his daddy not by patriotism. Dr. Hun Manet is very coward as his daddy they only aim to kill innocent Cambodians that all. Dr. Hun SEn and Dr. ten stars Hun Manet are very great at bullying Cambodians and killing Cambodians but cowardly toward Thai and Viet.
CPP are not just corrupted, CPP are extremely corrupt. They are even sell the country such as Kos Trol, Seas, lands, Cambodian people, Cambodian health and well being, all resources in the Cambodia…with lost count. You name it!
Seriously where is the win win policy of Dr. Hun Sen represent? The country is getting smaller and smaller and shame by Dr. Hun Sen and Dr. Hun Manet and his families, his relatives and friends.
Cambodia is not Egypt and Egypt is not Cambodia. Never expect the outcomes to be the same as that of Egypt if it should happen in Cambodia. Egypt has never faced a 1.75 millios lost of life...Cambodia has and it could easily happen again. Do not fuel Cambodia into the same scenario as that of Egypt, Samdech Hun Sen is and will be a complete opposite of Hosni Mubarak. Mubarak is not a militant while Samdech Hun Sen is. Samdech Hun Sen has struggled during war time between Vietnam and Khmer Rouge while Mubarak hasnt. I am not here to defend Samdech Hun Sen, but not all CPP members are enemy of the state. Our goal is to work together to better Cambodia and likewise, I have not seen anyone with capabilities such as Samdech Hun Sen...even Sihanouk did not come close. A country such as Cambodia needs someone like Samdech Hun Sen to run the country. A strong arm, a strong mind and with great skills to counter many problems Cambodia is facing. Time has change and Samdech Hun Sen realized that far better than anyone, myself included, thus I see we as Khmers, should continue to supporting Samdech Hun Sen in his seat as long as he is capable of doing his job. I see Samdech Hun Sen as stability, security and prosperity. You can dislike his policies, but if you are an analyst like myself who have studied geopolitics you will understand that Samdech Hun Sen has a great vision to lead Cambodia during this tough time, specially with the skirmish with Thailand who has always been enemy to Cambodia. At the end I like to wish Samdech Hun Sen a long life and have many good health until the end of time.

The political uprisings in Tunisia and Egypt and what they mean for the rest of the Dictators in world?

The overthrow of Mubarak was a warning to the icons of power across the Middle East and Asia. Egypt has been the heart of the Arab world for centuries, and Friday's drama was a message to Jordan, Yemen, Sudan and other nations in turmoil. If the congenial, complacent Egyptians can do it, the revolutionary thinking goes, anyone can.
There are no juctice have been given to cambodians that Hun Sen murdered at 1997 and so on. Where are UN and Human Right Groups?
Kos Trol, seas and alot of land have been given to Vietnam and Thailand by Hun sen. Where is justice for Cambodians?
