I'm surprised that Hun Sen allows MP from oppositions to bring donations to the troops at preah Vihear.
Last time, they did not, it would make him loose face, worry that the troops like the opposition party than CPP etc.
It' s just like a man who does not have confidence in him self and would be mad if his girlfriend/wife talks to another guy.
