Dear Sieng Sithy,
How much dose CPP pay you? I have a degree in software engineering at UTS. It is a five year full time course and currently I just completed master degree of software engineering on top of that at Sydney University. I am looking for job at Cambodia if CPP will employ me as I can't find job at Sydney after two years completed my master degree.
I can make programs that can control any Iphone, mobile phone, Internet and I also can identify people online where, when and their ID at any where around the world, control and track people by using their mobiles phone, listen to their conversation in their mobile, see their mates around them at any where. I also can break through all kind of firewall that use by any civilian computer or internet company providers but I haven't breakthrough military firewall yet but with great equipments I will creat logic mathematic system to break through it.
I would appreaciated if CPP offer me just US $ 120 000 per years with no tax.

Most people who completed degree in computer field usually have no job that related to their degree. No Job for IT people, Most IT jobs are at India, China Hahahahaha I'm also unemploy IT too. Join the club IT boys!
I am a IT-Expert like you too, but we are different from eahc other, you serve in policy and me for public. I can tell you, people have the right to know real info, not manipulated info. Look back to Egypt, are you are the next? I am name of IT oppose your idea.

Job for IT is every where but I don't understand why you all have no job in such countries? I suggest that maybe you all not smart enough for company profil. Yes, you all are strong enoug only at the university, right! and had little connection during your study with company. Now you all want dirty job in Cambodai? As for me, I get a jon soon after my iniversity but alwas contact with firm during my study. If you ll are sure the best one, must apply to USA, esp. in militery field because IT-expert is needed. The idea to hack website or bad thing, it can only bring you to prison, believe me, please don't like this.
Not just IT, Finacial planner, Accountant, Pharmacist are hard to get a job at Australia, now.
Most people that I know finish degree in commece ( Financial planner ) is so hard to get job in that field and the salary is shit less than $42 000 before Tax. Yes senoir financial planner may be get about $75 000- 90 000 but they must be at least 15 years of experinced that have no failure record truck in financial firm.
Young people at Sydney study at university here like so show off each other that their degree earn 100k per eyear but that untrue in real world. Nobody will pay you and your degree 100k if you can't earn for $1000 000 to the company.
Cheers to all cambodian kids that have university degree in Sydney. Stop show off each other like that face the real world it's better.

He was training to do this work and also has a big part of responsibility for his family. We don't have a welfare system in Cambodia.

You want all Khmer do, what you think, that your idea is good for other. It sounds a little dictatorship way.
But you don't ask, what other Khmer people wanted ?
Two of my cousin held degrees but not by career. One had Master from UCLA in IT end up working as pay-roll. Another one had Bachelor from BYU in Politic Science end up social worker.

Of course they would ban these sites, given the recent power of the internet to galvanized youths and citizens who hunger for freedom in Egypt, Tunisia, and now Iran and Yemen, the government is afraid of what could happen in Cambodia...

He makes $92/hr with OT and annual bonus he makes over $200,000/yr.

So, during that time we khmers did not allowed to hear the radio VOA or capitalism countries, if somene try to hear and Hun Sen agent knew. Those will be punished. Now, sound the same? but the khmers people were not stupid and hear secretly, VOA is the VOA. Now, cuting the internet-access because of Egypt smell??
MR S. Sithy was trainned IT in US, is that wonder? For me NO. Trainning means in a short team, not realy spezified? Cuting the Internet access, for IT experts need max. 2 hours. That is so easy like "Bok Chhek". But if someone from IT has min. 10 000 hours experiences that is wonder.

If KI hire a group of IT expert such spftware engineer they can breakthrough all kind of block and even anyone in cambodia can get news from KI through just their normal phone but need a group of IT expert. or KI can hire russian IT they are pretty great and cheaper than US IT.

No need IT degree, just 3 weeks training in US is enough to work for the Ministry of Telecommunication in Cambodia. Yes he graduated from Business School in PP, according to his facebook profile.
