khmer gov't needs to follow other successful nations like Aust, NZ,Singapore etc...a law to protect everyone equally. There should be a welfare system like 'Centrelink, in Aust' where gov't gets money from the tax payer and give it to the poor that the unemployed and children between 1day-18 years. Gov't generate their money from all kind of resources like coal mind, iron oar, beef, gold, diamon etc...Aust made multi-billions dollars....
Khmer gov't must follow their food step as Aust is only 200 years old and is very successful compare to other nations across board...
So, how are we going to achieve this? 1) place imediate reform on a number of seats in the parliment, the gov't side and the opposition side and place equal value of working together as a team. 2)Having a green, the independent and other ministers to co-operate with the structues of parliment and maintain its value within the service 3) swear to God to uphold and work to improve both nation and its country 4) avoid personal conflict at all costs 5) down to common goals and common interests. 6) provide a multicultural policy to protect everyone and that everyone is equally important to the nation. This is what we do in Aust... Aust
What development? I was one of the passenger 30 years ago and still shock to see this picture. Talking a country that only know how to screw its own but not keen on regulating traffic safety. Development? What pace? Turtle? I hope I don't see this 30 years more from today.

Good photo. Cambodia is still not progressing and it is behind its neighbor. Its leader Hunsen wouldn't care as long as he get money to put in his bank, and those CPP members wouldn't do a thing as long as they get a small bribe to buy something to eat and to fuck around, and many dumb CPP supporters wouldn't do anything because they are lazy, don't know how to do except to be told so.

Riding this way, a cambodia style, require no A/C, which turns out to be good for environment.
