Why there are no Teary Seng ?
Mu Sochua escaped Vietnam's communist regime in 1972, when her Vietnamese's parent put her on a plane to Paris, never to see her again. After 18 years in exile, Sochua chose Cambodia rather than Vietnam to advocate for Human rights and good governance. After bribe Prince Ranarith, she became Cambodia's Minister of Women's and veteran's affairs, Sochua negotiated and agreement with Thailand allowing Cambodian and Vietnamese women who were trafficked as sex worker to return to their home country in lieu of being jailed. In 2005 she was co-nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.
