All of these tragedies was committed by Hun Sen bodyguard and he was behind this!
Hidden Youn/Viet coups in Cambodian/Khmer Police/military uniforms were behind all those violence and grenades. Cambodian/Khmer people were gullible and did not see Viet/Youn coups and military policemen had done terrible situations that scared everyone in the country. Hun Sen is the one who allowed Youn/Viet Communist coups inside Cambodia to hurt and kill his own people. Hun Sen was stuck with his Hanoi masters and CPP Youn and members.
Yes, Vietnamese/Youn coups were behind all those violence!
Youn/Viet military policemen are Hun Sen's bodyguards. They (Viet/Youn) dressed up like Khmer/Cambodian soldier's uniforms that made the gullible Cambodian/Khmer people believe they were Khmer/Cambodian military policemen and bodyguards.
Cambodian people, please be aware that those Viet/Youn bastards had caused the violence and sent the artillery into the crowds in Phnom Penh in March 1997 after SRP won the election.
