There are two kinds of laws:the jungle laws are using by the dictators and human laws using by justice for all.
The dictators are above the laws,they
do not obey the laws;Mr.Mao president
of China said,"the laws are kneeling
down in front of the gun".This is how
a dictator who is above the laws.Or I
would say,"law is the fire,but the gun is the judge".
The human laws discover and find out the truth;what is right and what is wrong.The judge thinks over and over again;and he decides the case.The word,"justice"means equal balance.
