What Hun Sen and cohorts are doing is a real test for the opposition. Can the opposition mobilize, organize and mount specific measures to challenge Hun Sen/Heng Samrin ..etc ? If the opposition can prove that they have a workable plan to challenge Hun Sen, people will join them to fight Hun Sen.
