PHNOM PENH, April 29 (Xinhua) -- Cambodian and Thai battlefield commanders on Friday agreed to a ceasefire again after the earlier ceasefire was broken, according to the statement of Cambodian Ministry of Defense. The statement said that Neak Vong, deputy commander of Cambodian brigade 42 at Ta Moan temple, and Dul Yadeth, field commander of Thai border regiment, held talks at O'smach border checkpoint at Friday noon after the eighth day of armed clashes at early Friday morning.
"Both sides agreed again to three points: ceasefire, no troop mobility and talk every two days by phone or face-to-face," it said. "This is the eighth time that both sides agreed to the ceasefire, but always failed to comply with it."
Cambodian and Thai troops had exchanged gunfire for eight straight days from April 22 to 29 over disputed border areas at the 13th century Ta Moan and Ta Krabei temples, which lie 150 kilometers west of Preah Vihear Temple.
The fighting had killed eight Cambodian soldiers, seven Thai soldiers and one Thai civilian, and caused several dozens injured.
The border between Thailand and Cambodia has never been completely demarcated.
Cambodia's Preah Vihear temple was enlisted as a World Heritage Site on July 7, 2008. But Thailand claims the ownership of 4.6 square kilometers (1.8 square miles) of scrub next to the temple. Just a week after the enlistment, Cambodia and Thailand had a border conflict, triggering a military build-up along the border, and periodic clashes between Cambodian and Thai soldiers have resulted in the deaths of troops on both sides.

The International Court of Justice had ruled that Preah Vihear temple belong to Cambodia and the temple sits on Cambodian territory. The decision of the court was based on a map drawn by French, agreed by Thai and recognized by the International Community. The 4.6 square kilometers of land around the the ancient temple is also belong to Cambodian, according to the above mentioned map.
Thais, stop your ambitious greed and stop using the Preah Vihear temple and the 4.6 square kilometers of land as pretext for your political gain and take your internal affairs somewhere else. Thais aggression toward a smaller and weaker county is unacceptable and being watched closely by the world community. Leave Cambodia alone.

Since June 2008, the Siem thuggish leaders want bilateral talk and they got it! They move their Siem military thugs into Cambodian territory and they got it! They want war and they got war! They want the killing of innocence Khmer and Siem people and they got it! Now what more do these Siem thuggish leaders want? They want more nonsense border talk? Why do Koh Tral Island, known in Vietnam as Phu Quoc, a sea and land area covering proximately over 10,000 km2 [Note: the actual land size of Koh Tral itself is 574 square kilometres (222 sq miles)] have been lost to Vietnam by whose treaty? Why don’t Cambodia government be transparent and explain to Cambodia army at front line and the whole nation about this? Why don't they include this into education system? Why?
Cambodian armies are fighting at front line for 4.6 km2 on the Thai border and what's about over 10,000km2 of Cambodia to Vietnam. Nobody dare to talk about it! Why? Cambodian armies you are decide the fate of your nation, Cambodian army as well as Cambodian people must rethink about this again and again. Is it fair?
Koh Tral Island, the sea and land area of over 10,000 square kilometres have been lost to Vietnam by the 1979 to 1985 treaties. Who signed the treaty 1979-1985 that resulted in the loss over 10,000 km2 of Cambodia??? Why they are not being transparent and brave enough to inform all Cambodians and Cambodian army at front line about these issues? Why don't they include Koh Tral (Koh Tral size is bigger than the whole Phom Phen and bigger than Singapore [Note: Singapore's present land size is 704 km2 (271.8 sq mi)]) with heap of great natural resources, in the Cambodian education system?
Look at Hun Sen's families, relatives and friends- they are billionaires, millionaires. Where did they get the money from when we all just got out of war with empty hands [in 1979]? Hun Sen always say in his speeches that Cambodia had just risen up from the ashes of war, just got up from Year Zero with empty hands and how come they are billionaires, millionaires but 90% of innocent Cambodian people are so poor and struggling with their livelihood every day?

Today is more important than yesterday. So, just try to focus on today. We need nuclear bombs to protect our nation from all preditors. The only place to go to is, North Korea, Iran, India, Pakistan, China and Russia. Try to order at least 10-20 jets that could carry those bombs. No need to talk too much anymore, what the Thai want right now is the 4.6km and Preah Vichear and this issue will never go away. At the same time they know that we are weak and vulnerable so they are taking the chance but what they don't realise is we are a population of half Viet-khmer. We will not let the Thai continue to do this to us any longer. Viets and khmers have worker together to defend our nation from being influenced by the west where as the Thai they tried to betray their neighbouring country by allowing the west to use their country as a base to attack both viet and khmer. This is a time where they need to be reminded of what they have done to us Asian nations, and it is a time for them to know that we know. They were the number one traitor in Southeast Asian. The end will come, and they will pay for what they have done!.
Viet and Khmer once again will be hand in hand to attack the Thai and this time, it will be for good. From here we will never have to face with such 'cancer' ever again. By then Asian nation will find peace once and for all. Just remember this; before 1975 khmer helped viet to win the war from the west and in 1979 Viets saved khmer nation from being extintion. In 1979-1983 Thai helped to kill khmer by dumping us onto the mine-field and thousands died and thousands more were suffered servely. Do not let the Thai get away from what they have done to the us both Viet and khmer. Viet and khmer refugees were constantly attacked by the Thai during those period because of the unstable condition that we were in. So, Thai be prepared for pay back time if you don't stop being sooooo wicked right now, you will see what will come for you next and it is called 'Karma'. There is little time left for you to change you mind about us before we make the next move on you and this time, that is it, there will be no more mercy and god knows what he is doing that justice will be done on earth and as it is in heaven.
