Phnom Penh – Rong Chhun, President of the Cambodia Independent Teachers’ Association (CITA), claimed that his organization is out of fund to operate since April 2011. He is currently calling on donors to help fund his organization so it may operate again.
CITA was set up in 2000. Its mission involves educational work, such as denouncing corruption in education, denouncing irregularities involving the school administrators, the quality of education, irregularities during exams, etc… Rong Chhun claimed that CITA has tens of thousands members throughout the country.
Government officials have labeled CITA as an organization whose activity serves the opposition party, just like Chea Mony’s Free Trade Union of Workers in the Kingdom of Cambodia (FTUWKC). The government does not consider CITA as its partner, but rather as an opposition politician. Rong Chhun is also the President of the Cambodian Confederation of Unions (CCU) grouping CITA and FTUWKC.
Rong Chhun is known as a protestor on various issues, including the problem of borders, the rise of gasoline price. However, the government always considers his protests as serving the opposition SRP party. The stop of funding to CITA by donors countries could force it to inaction.

Rong Chhun is SRP active member but hides himself as President of CITA. Because of his organization has involved with politics and acted like opposition party which is contrary to its mission, the donors countries stopped its funding. CITA is deserved what it has done. Sooner or later, Rong Chhun will show his real colour with SRP.

Believe me, we need to watch closely each person in Khmer politics because of Youn Spy are everywhere. Remember, Kem Sokha, MOM Sonando, Rong Chun, Ang Pa Gnoun Tieng are the Youn elements. Their goal is to destroy Sam Rainsy Party. Kem Sokha try to merge to SRP in order to destroy Sam Rainsy Party, but He failed. ANOTHER ELEMENT COME UP IS RONG Chhun. I do not believe he is a Khmer Hero. All what he did is simply to sell his popularity to Khmer people that he is nationalist, but in fact he is belong to CPP. I believe that because of Kem Sokha fail to destroy Sam Rainsy party, Youn will use Rong Chhun to sabotage/destroy Sam Rainsy party. Rong Chhun went to the border for encroachment after Mr. Sam Rainsy. He went there only to show off that that he is a nationalist, but I repeat again he is belonging to CPP. How much thing that has Rong Chhun done at CITA? He created the CITA because he is a nationalist or because he try to build up his name to confuse Khmer people‘s eyes? He has done nothing at CITA. What he did is only to promote himself as a nationalist... If we look at his organization itself, where is the fund come from? How many employees has he? Who did fund his organization? Where his salaries come from? Look One day this guy will be in politics. Then don't forget to watch his step, his goal is the same as Kem Sokha, is simply to break the democratic vote. I would like to tell to all Khmer that Sam Rainsy is the only Khmer nationalist party that is credible and you can count on for saving Cambodia from Youn.
Another person that Khmer need to watch is Pong Chiv Guek. If you watch the video In KI today, the title was: Mu Sochua Shares Cambodia’s Food Culture with Anthony Bourdain; you will see that pong Chiv Guek said Khmer fight Khmer. As I said in KI since few months ago that we need to watch Youn Spy closely, Action,word and root.

Just read the language, very much like the CCP's style of communication.
I do not understand. Since CPPs are great in running Cambodia, why do they fancy Sydney? Or put it more simpler, why do they send their offsprings overseas to study? Why do they steal money from Cambodia and come to buy properties in Sydney? Khmer in Sydney CBD, if were you, I would go and live in Cambodia not in Sydney. If you are so keen in glorifying the current government, why be such a hypocrite? Go on, go to live in Cambodia, the living standard there suit you better than in Sydney.
