CHAPTER II
COMPETENCE
Article 7
The Extraordinary Chambers shall have the power to bring to trial all Suspects most responsible for the destruction of cultural property during armed conflict pursuant to the 1954 Hague Convention for Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict, and which were committed during the period from 17 April 1975 to 6 January 1979.

Criminals are those of the King himself and of his rulling parties including Pol Pot and his gang. So, no need to look further. Evidences are every where 1.7 lives have been lost!. What more? can't you see? not only that, youtube documentations showing who are the criminals right there in front of everyone's eyes. The UN is putting a blind eye because they know that we are no benefit to them. Let say if we have oil or other significante resources, well probably they would do something about it just like they did to the Afga, Iraq etc. But no, we have nothing to give to them and they have no interest in solving the khmer issues. They would rather let the criminals go free right in front of our eyes and no one can do anything about it.
Now the UN can easily convict these people just like they did to Sadam Hun Sen but they don't want to. On the other hand they know that the Chinese, Viets and Russia are supporting the Khmer leaders, unlike Afga and Iraq they had no one behind them. In other words,the UN would rather walk away and would rather continue to watch over our drama or our down fall. So, they know which one they can react to and which one can't.
Why? because the UN no longer have that power.
The only thing that can be changed is when these old dogs are ceased to exist. That is time, only can do the trick and by then hopefully the new comers will lead the world into a different direction. However, these old dogs will soon face eternal life in hell. Because god knows every move you make and no one can get away from any injustice.
*if united nation is real FAIR or JUSTICE...THE WORLD May bee no World war 1 and 2.
*UN is a ROBOT and some time is a Paper Tiger.
