EVENTS ON 17 APRIL 1975 - by Mony Visal Khouy

17 April 1975 is the day of victory over the U.S. imperialists. The Khmer Liberation Army, “or the Khmer Rouge army,” was able to eliminate the pain and suffering of the Cambodian people during a war that lasted five years, since 1970-1975. 17 April 1975 gave the people of Cambodia much hope, motivation, and happiness knowing that their country had achieved peace and prosperity. It became a peaceful country after people united from their separation from parents, families, and relatives during the war.

My mother and father, as well as the rest of the people in the city of Phnom Penh, came out to congratulate and welcome the Khmer Liberation Army that entered and filled the entire city of Phnom Penh. They felt joyful and happy. My father, like other people in the city of Phnom Penh, raised a white flag, screaming, “Bravo to victory and peace!” with a beaming face filled with hope for the future. But it was not too long after people had become excited and joyful about this peace, that the Khmer Liberation Army, or the Khmer Rouge, began ordering people out of their homes. For three days they would leave Phnom Penh. The Khmer Liberation Army said, “The Americans are going to drop bombs on the city of Phnom Penh. The Khmer Liberation Army will stay to clear out all the imperialists in the city of Phnom Penh and then you can return. Therefore, we ask all brothers and sisters to leave without taking any of your belongings, because you will only leave for three days.” With the threats of their guns, the Khmer Liberation Army forced my family and our neighbors to quickly leave our homes. Anybody or any family that was not willing to leave, the Khmer Rouge Liberation Army would threaten and if they remained stubborn and were not willing to leave their homes, they would be shot and killed.

My family left our home that was north of Tuol Svay Prey School in Sangkat #5, Phnom Penh. Remorse mixed with fear. When we left our home, my father brought a motorcycle to load our clothes, a ricepot, a kettle, and a small bag of rice. We then began our journey on Monivong Street that was filled with throngs of people, pushing and crowding each other. Children were crying and screaming and people were calling to each other and asking for their families and relatives that they had lost along the journey. On the side of the road, my mother saw corpses that were hit by shrapnel as well as corpses of Lon Nol soldiers dressed in military uniforms who were shot and lying dead on the ground. At that time I was six years old and my mother who was seven months pregnant held on to my hand behind my father who was straddling his motorcycle among the crowd of thousands of people. My younger sibling who was three years old, sat on the motorcycle with a bag of clothing, a kettle, and a small bag of rice. We walked forward along the side of Monivong Street without knowing where we were going. When we reached the circle intersection at the head of the road, the Khmer Liberation Army asked my father to give up his motorcycle. At this time, my family experienced great difficulty on our journey, because my younger sibling was still very small and my mother was also pregnant. But no matter how difficult things were we needed to continue our journey forward, because the Khmer Liberation Army kept yelling at us from behind with a gun always pointed at us. My family crossed Kbal Khnal Bridge and towards the bank on the far eastern side. Other evacuees felt exhausted, scared and hopeless. I can not remember every event that took place in 1975, especially what happened on 17 April 1975, which my family and the other people throughout Cambodia have experienced in fright and terror. My mother has told me about these events and has made me feel pity, compassion, and anger for the people who have died in innocence. I feel especially remorseful for the events that have made me an orphan without a father. 17 April 1975 has remained a day I will always remember.

1971-1979, the land called Cambodia experience God's judgment when its own people slaughter themselves in the millions.

.Millions had died
.Hundred of thousands of Cambodians scattered abroad.
.The country is decimated, full of invalids, beggars, and malnourished children.
.The country become a laughing stock to her neighbors.

This happened because Cambodia is an idol worshiping nation. For many centuries Cambodians have been worshiping Buddha, practice spiritism, rejecting the one true God. Cambodia has been a cursed nation for a very long time culminated in horrific self killing in the KR time. Cambodia was finally judged by the Almighty God.

Christianity is about compassion.

GOD!, My god is better than your god.

My god is the real, true god not yours.

because of god that is why people have killed each other like the mad dogs because they believe their god is better than other' s god.

In the early day, people created the god imagination to make people believe in good and bad but when people are taking god too seriously, they started to kill each other for their own believe.

It' s bad when there were none believer like Pol Pot but it' s also bad when people take it too seriously.

People, there is only ONE true God in this Universe. True, there so called other "gods" beside the ONE true God. Those other gods are non other than deceiving spirits who had fallen from their true state of perfection wherein they were created for a purpose that the TRUE God had for them. Since they chose to rebel against God's order in his universe, they therefore known as evil spirits.
But the good News is these lying spirits will be judge and put away for deceiving the nations robbing them of true reality.

The God of the Bible is being taking out of context and misunderstood by those who are carnal in their minds. You may choose to mock what you think you know but it will be to your own hurt. Because God is not mocked, whatsoever a man soweth that will he also reaps. So if you continually reap evil better check what proceed from your heart.

If Cambodia continually reaps evil, better check our beliefs. I can say for certain that our beliefs is not right. There is truth in Buddhism, but with even 10% error contains in it's teachings is still a treacherous faith.

For the Bible tells me that Buddhism is venomous. People will still die in their sins. Because for the Bible tells me that a deceiving spirit is behind Buddhism. This does not mean I see every Buddhist as an evil person. I understand we been born and locked into such belief for many generations. My purpose is to expose the enemy that is behind Buddhism, which is Satan or the Devil.

What Satan had done, he took the truth of Creator God and turned it into a LIE. This is how he been deceiving people past 6 thousand years.

Chaos throughout the world is caused by Satan and his deceiving spirits working among the children of men who love not the TRUTH.

To get back to truth path of life we must trust the word of our Creator, which is the holy Bible.

Christians killed Christians;
Buddhists killed Buddhists;
Brahmans killed Brahmans;
Islams killed Islams.
All religion leaders are good,nice,
and sweet,but the believers in God
are evil.Believe in Gods,but not put
into practice;it meant nothing.
The dictators live in any kinds of
religions and any countries in the
world,they believe in religions but
they still killed each other.
The 5,8,and 10 folds of Buddha warned not to perform evil acts,but people believe in Buddha
killed each other,Khmer Rouge.
Some countries in Africa believe in Christ,but they still killed his own people.
In some Muslim countries have done
the same thing.
So,don't blame the religions,but
blame people who believe in them
not to put into practice.

17 April 1975 was the victory of Khmer Viet Minh and Pol Pot.

The Cambodian communist Party or better known as Democratic Kampuchea were composed by Khmer Vit Minh and a group of Paris sutdent as fellow:

1. Pol Pol ( brother number 1 ) Paris group.

2. Noun Chea ( brother number 2 ) form member of Thai Communist Party ) in Paris group.

3. Ieng Sary ( brother number 3 ) Paris group.

4. So Phim ( brother number 4, Khmer Viet Minh ) So Phim was a fomer Boss of other Khmer Viet Minh like Heng Samrin, Chea Sim , Ros Yem etc.... .

5. Son Senn ( brother number 5 ) Paris group.

Please note if you have a quick look at above you will see that Angkar ( organization ) between 1975-1979 there were a group of Paris students more than Khmer Viet Minh but the reality was that Khemr Viet Minh like So Phim had more Khmer Viet Minh troops than Pol Pol .

So even So Phim was brohter number 4 he had very strong power in his hand between 1975 till the end of 1978 when he shoted his last body guard and shoted himself while he was round up by Khmer Rouge solders loyal to Pol Pot on his run to Hanoi.

Wake up all Khmer the real killer of innocent Khmer People between 1975-1979 Youn Hanoi involved deeply by borrowing Khmer Viet Minh' s hands who working along side wiht Pol Pot during killing field period .

So base on true Khmer history between 1930 till today present ( April 2011 ) CPP is a branch of Indochinese Communist Party which late Ho Chi Minh formed in 1930.

Originally Pol Pot also was a branch of Indochina Communist Party led by Son Gnoc Minh or Achar Meean under the secret leader ship of Yuon Hanoi fighting against French colony in Cambodia between 1946-1954 till Geneva Accord .

So ECCC or Khmer Rouge Trials will seek justice for 2 million Khme lives who were killed between 1975-179 ?

Will cases 003 and 004 brought up to ECCC ?

The clear answer is big No.
