Koh Tral Island must not be forgotten

Why do Koh Tral Island, known in Vietnam as Phu Quoc, a sea and land area covering proximately over 10,000 km2 [Note: the actual land size of Koh Tral itself is 574 square kilometres (222 sq miles)] have been lost to Vietnam by whose treaty? Why don’t Cambodia government be transparent and explain to Cambodia army at front line and the whole nation about this? Why don't they include this into education system? Why?
Cambodian armies are fighting at front line for 4.6 km2 on the Thai border and what's about over 10,000km2 of Cambodia to Vietnam. Nobody dare to talk about it! Why? Cambodian armies you are decide the fate of your nation, Cambodian army as well as Cambodian people must rethink about this again and again. Is it fair?
Koh Tral Island, the sea and land area of over 10,000 square kilometres have been lost to Vietnam by the 1979 to 1985 treaties. The Cambodian army at front line as well as all Cambodian people must rethink again about these issues. Are Cambodian army fighting to protect the Cambodia Nation or protecting a very small group that own big lands, big properties or only protecting a small group but disguising as protecting the Khmer nation?
The Cambodian army at front lines suffer under rain, wind, bullets, bombs, lack of foods, lack of nutrition and their families have no health care assistance, no securities after they died but a very small group eat well, sleep well, sleep in first class hotel with air conditioning system with message from young girls, have first class medical care from oversea medical treatments, they are billionaires, millionaires who sell out the country to be rich and make the Cambodian people suffer everyday.
Who signed the treaty 1979-1985 that resulted in the loss over 10,000 km2 of Cambodia??? Why they are not being transparent and brave enough to inform all Cambodians and Cambodian army at front line about these issues? Why don't they include Koh Tral (Koh Tral size is bigger than the whole Phom Phen and bigger than Singapore [Note: Singapore's present land size is 704 km2 (271.8 sq mi)]) with heap of great natural resources, in the Cambodian education system?
Look at Hun Sen's families, relatives and friends- they are billionaires, millionaires. Where did they get the money from when we all just got out of war with empty hands [in 1979]? Hun Sen always say in his speeches that Cambodia had just risen up from the ashes of war, just got up from Year Zero with empty hands and how come they are billionaires, millionaires but 90% of innocent Cambodian people are so poor and struggling with their livelihood every day?

Talk about Khmer Rough I think you must include Hun Sen and his group of CPP too. Otherwise you are dscrimination because they are EX KR too.

I am still doubt about Seng Theary's ability to understanding the legal process of ECCC and Cambodian laws. Despite, she has claimed that she graduated laws degree in USA and moved to live in Cambodia permanently, but her knowledge about laws is still low and inmature. However, she is really good for doing everything to promote her stunt, aim to make her name well known in Cambodian society.
I do agree with United Nations Court spokesman Lars Olsen called Theary Seng's allegations premature and irresponsible. "The court will not be bullied into confirming or denying speculation about a confidential investigation," and "This is a reckless act which shows complete disregard for judicial due process and principles of law."

After 31 years of the Khmer rouge, I start to understand that commander Meas Muth and Su Meth are the same as many thousand killers in the Khmer Rouge era. I believe, certain they had no choice to kill because it was the order of the High committee (Angka leu), certain got paranoid to kill because of lack of ethical moral/ education...- The main thing is to find out who was the Angka Leu; and we want to know why they killed people. I was there like many others. EVERY TIME, THEY SAID IT IS THE ORDER FROM ANGKA LEU. Who was behind the Angka Leu? The tribunal must consider this matter seriously.

If they condemn and bring Kaing Guek Eav (Duch) to justice why Khmer rouge court of justice should be exemption the owner of Golden Star Palace that murdered thousands of Khmer lives and took their belonging such as gold, jewelry, diamonds to Australia become very rich family and live in peace like theses. That is very unfair to human being that he murdered very cruelty and painful death.
We are Khmer people and Khmer Communities around the world would like Khmer Rouge Court of justice, KI Media, VOA, Radio Free Asia, Radio France International, Mr. Sam Rainsy, World Human Right Group, UN, Australian Government to bring this war criminal to justice like Kaing Guek Eav (Duch).

Dear all Khmer on this great blogs let me draw you some attention about Duch and 2 million of Khmer lives who passed away between 1975-1979 .
But before talking about Duch let me personally condemn any kind of killing humen being especially killing innocent Khmer people .
As the victims ourselves we all know that between 1975-1979 there are 2 million lives of innocent Khmer people were killed brutally in Cambodia but not in Phnom Penh all were killed outside the capital city.
And we all know that those lived in Phnom Penh between 1975-1979 most of them were Khmer Rouge cadres and Khmer Viet Minh only a few city people who were lucky to lived and worked in Phnom Penh
in the factories.
So most of those who were sent to S 21 prison ( 20 thousand ) all of them were Khmer Rouge cadres and their families and Khmer Viet Minh 98%.
For 2 million Khmer lives were not killed by Duch But were killed by other prisons chiefs ( in KR days there were about 195-196 prisons ) by starvation , overwork ect….. .
So the real killers of 2 million of Khmer people are still at large.
So no justice for 2 million of Khmer people .

I am not well educated from oversee like Theary C. Seng but one thing I can tell you for sure is that your commitment to bring Meas Muth and Sou Met to ECCC will never happen even it will be happened it is only a set up trial look at Duch.
Dear Theary C. Seng you shoud spend more time to do more research about yuon Viet Minh, Khmer Viet Minh, Viet Congs have been doing in our country before and after Geneva agreement in 1954 up to 2011.
Even in Khmer Rouge regime between 1975-1979 those Khmer Viet Minh like Heng Samrin, Chea Sim , So Phin, Ros Yem , Kea Meas killing khmer alongside with Pol Pot.
Dear Theary C.Seng if you look at CPP high ranking officials they are all youn and Khmer Viet Minh as follow:
1.Heng Samrin Khmer Viet Minh, Khmer Rouge, and then CPP.
2 Chea Sim Khmer Viet Minh , Khmer Rouge , and then CPP.
3. Meas Sophea born in Hanoi ( Youn ).
So please spend more time to study our Khmer history and you will have a better understanding why and how yuon have been killing Khmer by borrowing Khmer hands.
Wow this is a very nice house. Wonderful arrangements indeed. Theary does not ever look peaceful at all. I wonder what does she do for a living anyway? Where does she get her money from? She seems to have everythihng going for her, but she is one unhappy person. Her anger or some internal issues or hatred or something is driving her. She is not a peaceful person. If she is married, no man will ever understand her at all. I think it is hard to understand such a person. I wish when I got married, I would get married to a woman who understand me. Hahah.
