Those Vietcong/Yuon murders were caught in the eyes of innocent Cambodian/Khmer victims during the Killing Fields. Many of innocent KR survivors escaped to Western area of Cambodia and in Thailand before those survivors settled down in the third countries. Yuon/Vietcong secret agents from Hanoi and Vietminh are the most dangerous killers for many decades and who pushed Sihanouk and made Sihanouk weaken until Sihanouk became the bad leader who enjoyed the Yuon/Vietcong prostitutes in Cambodia.
