Thailand voices disappointment over latest clash with Cambodia

BANGKOK, April 29 (Xinhua) -- Thai government was disappointed with the latest round of clash although both sides have earlier reached an agreement to a ceasefire, government spokesman said on Friday.

Panitan Wattanayagorn, Thai government spokesman, said the Thai government also felt sorry for the lost of lives of soldiers and civilian, Matichon online reported.

From eight days of clash, Thailand has lost seven soldiers and one civilian with more than 70 people injured.

Thailand strongly urged Cambodia to resume negotiation, Panitan said at a press briefing at the Foreign Ministry.

The fighting, which is in the eight straight day since April 22, has forced more than 48,000 Thais villagers in Thailand's Surin and Buri Ram provinces to evacuate.

Both sides blamed each others for shooting first.

Cambodian government must stop Abhisit's administration from using a deadly game of war for his personal benefit. He has been manipulating his own people and the world. He has shown to be very weak to lead his own nation democratically. And, the Phnom Penh government has known this. Please bring Abhisit to justice without further delay.

Love and Peace,
Damaged Soul

The International Court of Justice had ruled that Preah Vihear temple belong to Cambodia and the temple sits on Cambodian territory. The decision of the court was based on a map drawn by French, agreed by Thai and recognized by the International Community. The 4.6 square kilometers land around the the ancient temple also belong to Cambodian according to the above mentioned map.

Thais, stop your ambitious greed and stop using the Preah Vihear temple and the 4.6 square kilometers of land as pretext for your political gain and take your internal affairs somewhere else. Thais aggression toward a smaller and weaker county is unacceptable and being watched closely by the world community. Leave Cambodia alone.

siem thugs say whatever that they're sorry or whatever, but the reality is they need to respect the international law and keep their internal political issue in their own country and not spread or use that to get cambodia involved so they can exploit their ignorant population to be blinded and fight with cambodia, etc, ok!

focus on the real issue, everything else is secondary to this issue, really!

The Thais are the most ungrateful and most manipulative people on earth. They are hostile, unfriendly and treacherous.

That's why their they have no home and civilization of their own. They lie and manipulate to stay alive.
