PHNOM PENH, 1 April 2011: On Monday, 4 April 2011, Ms. SENG Chan Theary, in her private capacity, is lodging an application to become a Civil Party in Case 003/004 against Khmer Rouge commanders Mr. MEAS Muth and Mr. SOU Met, two of the five individuals currently under investigation only by the United Nations personnel at the Office of Co-Investigating Judges of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC).Ms. SENG holds Mr. MEAS Muth and SOU Met personally, individually, criminally responsible for the deaths of her parents, inter alia, for their roles as military commanders who contributed to the common purpose and design in the arrests and executions specifically in their respective divisions and generally for the whole of Cambodia and who also controlled the Navy and Air Force of Democratic Kampuchea, respectively.
Immediately after the lodging of her application, she and her Cambodian lawyer Mr. CHOUNG Chou-Ngy will hold a press conference to discuss the matters with interested media:

Ms.Seng Theary seem to me a naive intellectual. For me those khmer rouge commander/ chef are also the victim of aH Youn trick. The same as, Hun Sen 's police who are to day oppress the land grabbing protester. I believe that the justice that most of khmer people want is to know who was behind the killing field. I heard on the radio yeaterday about Vietnam by American visitors. The comment was 'how friendly Vietnamese are toward American'. They were supprise that the Vietnamese people have the heart to forgive American for all the suffering and bombs that were droped on them during the war.

Why don’t Cambodia government be transparent and explain to Cambodia army at front line and the whole nation about this? Why don't they include this into education system? Why?
Cambodian armies are fighting at front line for 4.6 km2 on the Thai border and what's about over 10,000km2 of Cambodia to Vietnam. Nobody dare to talk about it! Why? Cambodian armies you are decide the fate of your nation, Cambodian army as well as Cambodian people must rethink about this again and again. Is it fair?

But before talking about Duch or KR Trials in this case about 003 and 004 let me personally condemn any kind of killing humen being especially killing innocent Khmer people .
As the victims ourselves we all know that between 1975-1979 there are 2 million lives of innocent Khmer people were killed brutally in Cambodia but not in Phnom Penh all were killed outside the capital city.
And we all know that those lived in Phnom Penh between 1975-1979 most of them were Khmer Rouge cadres and Khmer Viet Minh only a few city people who were lucky to lived and worked in Phnom Penh
in the factories.
So most of those who were sent to S 21 prison ( 20 thousand ) all of them were Khmer Rouge cadres and their families and Khmer Viet Minh 98%.
For 2 million Khmer lives were not killed by Duch But were killed by other prisons chiefs ( in KR days there were about 195-196 prisons ) by starvation , overwork ect….. .
So the real killers of 2 million of Khmer people are still at large.
So no justice for 2 million of Khmer people .

I have lost my brothers and sisters, if I know for sure the one who killed them I will do the same as Theary did. After the court case and found that he is guilty I will be able to forgive him if he came to me asks for forgiveness and truly confesses his crime. Here is the proof. Do you know where the words "Angkar Leur/Cap Tren" came from? Who created "Angkar Leur" in the Killing Fields? These words "Angkar Leur/Cap Tren" were created and declared by Vietnam Hanoi masters and secret Yuon agents. Those Yuon/Vietcong Hanoi bastards and secret agents created the Killing Fields.

Tuol Sleng Prison did not applied more than 2 millions of innocent Khmer people/victims.

About the secret Youn I would like to share my personal experience with Youn secret agent.
When I was young I grew up with Youn kids in my village along the Tonle Sap River. Many Youn in my village were arrested by Marecharle Lon Nol; they were Youn Colonels...Before April 1975 the kid's Youn family that I grew up with still lived in Phnom Penh. That Youn family were educated, teachers and Lon Nol’s soldier and military police (PM= Police militaire). One member of that family was a teacher at Lycée Preah Youkunthor (Lycée 18 mars during the republican) in front of Old Chinese hospital which today becomes the golden tower 42. The moment that really waked me up was February 1979 after the Khmer rouge; two brothers of that Youn family meet our family by hazard in the Youn soldier uniform; one of them was a military police in Lon Nol’s regime. Today, one of them becomes General Two stars for Hun Sen’s government. Therefore, all Khmer must understand that Youn agent start to infiltrate in Cambodia since 1954 under the permission of Samdach Sihanouk. There were many and many thousand families who came in Cambodia that time. Those people have become today the high ranking in CPP such as Hor Nam Hong, Sok Ann, and Im Sothy etc… not just in CPP rank; they are everywhere, e.g. RFA, VOA…
I would like to say that Seng Theary, she is simply a late generation who was a little kid, 4 years old in Pol Pot regime. Let me say a bit more about KR. You said those young fighters knew nothing about killing because they were busy of fighting with Yuon to liberate Khmer Krom.
You are right but Theary Seng did not sue those young fighters the latter did not kill innocent people. But Theary Seng sued the commanders who killed her parents and if they received the order from Yuon to kill her parents they should come out and declare to KR Tribunal. It is just as simple as that.

Let me say a bit more about KR. You said those young fighters knew nothing about killing because they were busy of fighting with Yuon to liberate Khmer Krom.
You are right but Theary Seng did not sue those young fighters the latter did not kill innocent people. But Theary Seng sued the commanders who killed her parents and if they received the order from Yuon to kill her parents they should come out and declare to KR Tribunal. It is just as simple as that.

Why do Koh Tral Island, known in Vietnam as Phu Quoc, a sea and land area covering proximately over 10,000 km2 [Note: the actual land size of Koh Tral itself is 574 square kilometres (222 sq miles)] have been lost to Vietnam by whose treaty? Why don’t Cambodia government be transparent and explain to Cambodia army at front line and the whole nation about this? Why don't they include this into education system? Why?
Cambodian armies are fighting at front line for 4.6 km2 on the Thai border and what's about over 10,000km2 of Cambodia to Vietnam. Nobody dare to talk about it! Why? Cambodian armies you are decide the fate of your nation, Cambodian army as well as Cambodian people must rethink about this again and again. Is it fair?

Why don't they include Koh Tral (Koh Tral size is bigger than the whole Phom Phen and bigger than Singapore [Note: Singapore's present land size is 704 km2 (271.8 sq mi)]) with heap of great natural resources, in the Cambodian education system?
Look at Hun Sen's families, relatives and friends- they are billionaires, millionaires. Where did they get the money from when we all just got out of war with empty hands [in 1979]? Hun Sen always say in his speeches that Cambodia had just risen up from the ashes of war, just got up from Year Zero with empty hands and how come they are billionaires, millionaires but 90% of innocent Cambodian people are so poor and struggling with their livelihood every day?

I assume that you are attacking Theary. Just leave alone. I doubt that she will learn from her mistakes. It wasted of time you focused on the person like Theary. What about the KR, Yuon secret agents and Hanoi leaders at large, who are the predators and killers of the Killing Fields from 1970 to 1979 and until today.
There will be trials for Hanoi leaders, KR/Yuon-Vietnamese secret agents, current CPP Yuon leaders and Hun Sen along with his Vietnamese wife.
You cannot generalize us Khmer people to be KR or we support the Khmer Rouges like Pol Pot. However, we, Khmer people, are very educated people (not all Khmer people) who understand the differences and see black and white. We tries to help the Khmer-Cambodian people who are lack of educations and who need helps from us, educated Khmer people, to clear the confusion. I think the trials for Khmer Rouges have been under the political games under CPP Yuon leaders in Phnom Penh and Hun Sen. This trial has been proceeded in the wrong direction.
It is up to Theary's decision to file the lawsuits against the two KR Commanders.
Every victim has the rights to sue some Killers. Right now, the country of Cambodia is under Hun Sen, CPP Yuon leaders so every Cambodia citizen has lack of freedom, no rights, has no full accesses to high educations, and so on.
