ECCC law is perfect but it is not implemented under CPP which is deeply related to the Indochina Federation formed by late Ho Chi Minh in 1930.

In other word justice for the Khmer victims and their families between 1975-1979 never happened under the so-called ECCC .

All the answers to these are in Indochina Federation formed by late Ho Chi Minh.
