The E-gas-C-oo3-C-sCambodia has cost $200,000,000 (two hundred million U.S. dollars) so far, with ONLY one verdict of Duch who cooperated, confessed in addition mounds of evidence against him.
The E-gas-C-oo3-C-sCambodia is the most expensive of all the international and internationalized courts, estimated currently at $68,000,000 per indictee (at close of investigation, before trial), if only current five.
It will be even more ghastly, more obscenely expensive if our concerns come true that one or two or three of the "senior" four KR leaders will not make it (ka-put! assisted or otherwise) through trial, thus raising the price to something even more incomprehensibly obscene.

I think this is Theary Seng's way of getting back at people who don't agree with her. Because she is a super-victim, everyone who is not of her opinion is an oppressor and deserves all the dirt in the world.

The reason they have not convicted any body than Duch because they know that those former Khmer rouge leaders are real patriots and all the killing were done by Yourn spies.
Please note that after 1979' s Yourn invasion of Cambodia, U.S. embassy in Bangkok went to meet Pol Pot in the border jungle with full briefcases of money for Pol Pot to buy weapons to fight against Yourn expansionism.

The reason this is simple and also complecated as fellow:
Nearly 2 millions Khmer lives who brutelly killed between 1975-1979 were not killed by Pol Pot alone or by his Paris group of students , majority or those victims were brutally killed by Khmer Viet Minh like Heng Samrin , Chea Sim , So Phim ( So Phim was a former military boss of Khmer Khmer Veit Minh like Heng Sam, Chea Sim ect..
So nearly 2 million of Khmer lives that were killed between 1975-1979 was 1 of millions dirty tricks of yuon Hanoi by borrowing Khmer Viet Min hands who working along side with Pol Pot.
For minority Khmer who still that Pol Pol alone killed nearly 2 millions Khmer please do more research about our real history especially why late Ho Chi Min formed Indochina Communist Party and how CPP related to Indochina Communist Party formed by late Ho Chi Minh.

The real Angkar between 1975-1979 or Khmer Rouge consisted of 2 differences as fellow:
1. A group of Paris students .
2. A group of Khmer Viet Minh:
Angkar between 1975-1979 as fellow:
1. Pol Pot. ( a Paris student ).
2. Nuon Chea. ( former Thai Communist Party but in a Paris student groups ).
3. Ieng Sary. ( a Paris student , Khmer Kampuche-Krom ).
4. So Phim. ( Khmer Viet Minh ).
5. Son Sen ( a Paris student , Khmer Kampuchea-Krom ).
6. Ta Mok ( Ta Mok din not study in France but he was in a Paris student group ).
Note: 1. If you have a quick look you will see a group of Paris students more than Khmer Viet Mihn but the reality was Khmer Viet Minh had more troops ( Khmer Viet Minh troops like Heng Samrin , Chea ect… . than Pol Pot troops .
3. Khieu Samphan, Sihanouk ( personally I don’t like Sihanouk ) Hu Nim , Hou Yuon they are not Angkar ( Real Angkar coul make hightest decision between 1975-1979 ) these four fellows are norminal leaders ( only in name ) even Ieng Thirith was not Ankar but her husband Ieng Sary is.
So if you look at Khmer Rouge Trial or ECCC those being detained without trial ( except Duch ) are a group of Paris students and 3 out of 5 are not Angkar 1. Khieu Samphan, 2. Ieng Thirith, 3 Duch.
So one of many reasons why this fake ECCC try to trial 2 Angkar 1. Nuon Chea 2. Ieng Sary ( 2 of Paris students groups ) and let the real killer like Khmer Viet Minh like Heng Samrin , Chea Sim and many more escape from the justice.

a lot of lawyers deal with KR (0 result) are reached men. How long we must pay for such low standard and a lot of them are still in Govt.

What a shame tribunal for using the death for making their wealth. UN judges must felt shame in front of all Cambodian people.
In reality, the UN should do this for free by recruiting voluntary judges and voluntary lawyers to gain respect from all victims.

There are some development in Cambodia due to international economic and technological current not due to Hun Sen but Cambodia ecological disaster like forest and fishery is because of ignorance of leaders and his clan and Chicken brain do not see that.

Hun Sen does not even care about Cambodia being swallowed by Yuon, why he care about the fate of top KR leaders but his power and his children future.

Almost all khmer leaders from 1979 are criminals. The ECCC is controled by the UN and CPP who are pretending to work for social right and social justice. But in reality, they are there to steal more money from donour and did not nothing else but keep on delaying and delaying until money runs out. So, that is why we called this court of sCambodia as a bunch of money court. However, the end will come soon that is the righteous will live forever and the wicked will be terminated.
If khmer wants to improve our own court system, first they need to eliminate outsiders from being interfering with our internal affair because they did not know about the impacted of grief and loss and they are not the victims or relatives of 1.7 being brutally murdered, so really, they don't care, all they do is money. The best is to run our own court system which funded by the tax payers who want the same justice be done on earth as it is in heaven. So, we have to change our way of life, before it is getting worst. Wisdom
