Koh Tral Island must not be forgotten

Why do Koh Tral Island, known in Vietnam as Phu Quoc, a sea and land area covering proximately over 30,000 km2 [Note: the actual land size of Koh Tral itself is 574 square kilometres (222 sq miles)] have been lost to Vietnam by whose treaty? Why don’t Cambodia government be transparent and explain to Cambodia army at front line and the whole nation about this? Why don't they include this into education system? Why?
Cambodian armies are fighting at front line for 4.6 km2 on the Thai border and what's about over 30,000km2 of Cambodia to Vietnam. Nobody dare to talk about it! Why? Cambodian armies you are decide the fate of your nation, Cambodian army as well as Cambodian people must rethink about this again and again. Is it fair?
Koh Tral Island, the sea and land area of over 30,000 square kilometres have been lost to Vietnam by the 1979 to 1985 treaties. The Cambodian army at front line as well as all Cambodian people must rethink again about these issues. Are Cambodian army fighting to protect the Cambodia Nation or protecting a very small group that own big lands, big properties or only protecting a small group but disguising as protecting the Khmer nation?
The Cambodian army at front lines suffer under rain, wind, bullets, bombs, lack of foods, lack of nutrition and their families have no health care assistance, no securities after they died but a very small group eat well, sleep well, sleep in first class hotel with air conditioning system with message from young girls, have first class medical care from oversea medical treatments, they are billionaires, millionaires who sell out the country to be rich and make the Cambodian people suffer every day.
Who signed the treaty 1979-1985 that resulted in the loss over 30,000 km2 of Cambodia??? Why they are not being transparent and brave enough to inform all Cambodians and Cambodian army at front line about these issues? Why don't they include Koh Tral (Koh Tral size is bigger than the whole Phom Phen and bigger than Singapore [Note: Singapore's present land size is 704 km2 (271.8 sq mi)]) with heap of great natural resources, in the Cambodian education system?
Look at Hun Sen's families, relatives and friends- they are billionaires, millionaires. Where did they get the money from when we all just got out of war with empty hands [in 1979]? Hun Sen always say in his speeches that Cambodia had just risen up from the ashes of war, just got up from Year Zero with empty hands and how come they are billionaires, millionaires but 90% of innocent Cambodian people are so poor and struggling with their livelihood every day?
Koh Tral was a Cambodian island, and technically and legally, remained a Cambodian island until today.

If Kem Sokha cares enough about Khmer race, a possible extinction, or an end to Cambodia's total destruction as headed by Hun Sen, then he should do the right things for his country by dissolving his voiceless party - a party that does nothing, scare to say anything in defend of Cambodia's interests but mainly to serve Hun Sen and Viet's interests by playing a dividing game to ensure Hun Sen's dynasty. What have Kem Sokha done for the land evictees, workers, anything substantial beside trying to destroy Sam Rainsy party for his won political survival? NADA, NIL.

I am the same guy who accused Kem Sokha and Ms. Seng of playing Hanoi's card and I maintain it, because of their current activities and because of the Geopolitics, the policies that play by the superpower nations in South East Asia.
You seem to be so happy to see your fellow Khmers be destroyed. How many more lives of your fellow Khmers you wish them to be massacred?
Vietnamese population is almost approx..90 million people whereas Khmer population is approx..14 million that includes about 6 million Vietnamese in Cambodia and they are still coming.
Rainsy is Khmer and are you not Khmer? I support Rainsy because the guy has a lot of gut to face against Vietnamese invaders. Kem Sokha is my fellow Khmer but I do not support him. Do I wish him fall or be dead? No, I wish him will do well.

Don't trust this guy, he is all talk but no action. Watch out for this sweet talker, he will lure you in and dump once he has accomplished his mission. Which is to divide and break up the SRP.
Regarding the SRP, they are bombarded by the Xen and the YOUN constantly. They attack them in the kangaroo court, they attack at all fronts. Now, if we all follow American politic closely, the people in power will tell you who they really afraid off. How? If they keep on destroying, defaming, and run bad news about you and your family then they are telling you that they fear you the most. So they want to destroy before you can get started and be elected into a power position. Some of you might have a different opinion on this, ie: Sarah Palin? What good news have you heard about her and her family from the media?
Now back to the SRP, the Xen and YOUN fear them the most because they know that the SRP is the true Khmer and working diligently for Khmer sake.
Our opponents(Xen and YOUN) have been telling us that they are very afraid of the SRP for many years and most of us fall for their propagandas each and every time. I only met Kem Sokha a few times, but he seems to be very nice. I always hear people saying that he is Youn or CPP spy, yet Kem Sokha speeches have always been about unity and demanding human right for the Khmer people. His party plat form is about immigration issues and the well being of Khmer citizen living in Cambodia. Contrary to what people have accused him of, he have always been embraced by the political figure in the US like John McCaine, Bill Frist ect. everytime he come to visit. For these reasons, I encourage people to give him a chance and hear what he has to say in person or on his radio station before judging him from hearing he said or she said. We Khmer need to come together, we can not afford to fight among ourself. Our neighboring country like Youn and Siam always waiting for any opportunity to steal our land during our vulnerable moment. Therefore, please stop the hatred rhetoric between the SRP and the HRP because we all are brothers and sisters who care and love our homeland. KI staff, you guy play a major role in distributing the accurate informations, news etc.. Myself, I have been reading KI within the last 10 years on a daily basis and I am very grateful for your services because yall keep me in touch with my beloved homeland. However, I always feeling very sad every time I see or hear quarrel among the opposition parties. If we claim to love Khmer and care about the well being of our people, we need to seek peace and unity not division. Thank you for reading.

all in all, if Kem Sokha is smart as all of his supporters said he is, then should rally support for the biggest opposition party in Kampuchea.
In the United States Ross Parol was the card that put the Democrates in power during the Clinton's years.
Now HRP wants to pay the Ross Parol card for the Xen again. It doesn't matter if the HRP is doing it intentionally or not, the result is the same.
HRP lets rally and advocates for support behind SRP and not to worry if you run the show or not.
Lets see how the SRP performs if elected into power for a change.

Miss Nokor Phnom, I disagree with you that Kem Sokha is playing Ross Parol card. First of all, Sam Rainsey had been an opposition party for a very long time and it seems that there have been no progress. I have no doubt that Mr. Sam Rainsey is a Nationalist, but he doesn't seems to have what it takes to get over the hump. The problem with SRP party is Mr. Sam Rainsey himself. They may have to change a new leader because he always running a way from his problem and his supporters is getting tire of that. He always stired up something and running away leaving his supporter stranded. As a leader, he has to have the courage and willing to confront the problem not running away from it. I bet you if Sam Rainsey would to stay in Cambodia after what he had done at the border he would have more supporters despite if he was in jail. Hun Sen wouldn't be able to do nothing to him because the international world wouldn't let it. Contrary, now he is in exile and can not returned. His support loose faith in him for letting them stranded. The international world don't care because no one is dying or in jail. How can you ask people to support Mr. Sam Rainsey, if he can not even help himself to go back to the country? For these reason, the SRP and their supporters should not use Kem Sokha as a scape goate for their doing. When Kem Sokha was here in the state, he states that he will not abandon his supporters. As a leader, he is willing to walk into Hun Sen Jail if he has too, for that reason he got my respoect.

Kem Sokha does nothing in Cambodia besides criticizing the SRP. Since Sam Rainsy went into exile he felt is opportunity just arise and now he felt like he just grew an extra ball to claim his stake as the next biggest opposition. Which is the reason why he is getting more cocky toward SRP.

Thank you for your well thoughtful comment. I do agree with you on what Mr. Rainsy should have done after he bravely risk his name in pulling the wooden posts marker (YOUN testing posts-to see if us Khmers react) but Mr. Rainsy took it upon himself to act for all of us Khmer abroad and inside Kampuchea. Then YOUN bravely brought its machinery and dug up other already cement border markers back to Kampuchea Krom oh I mean YOUN. The YOUN know very well that its has done an illegal act by encroaching on Kampuchea land.
What done has been done, then the Xen and YOUN bravely find ways to defame mr. Rainsy and now sentenced him to 12 years in prison?
Now, what did the HRP do? I did not hearing any rally behind the SRP but blaming him for his brave act against the evil YOUN. Now where are the HRP boundaries? Will it has any boundary if the HRP elected into power?
From my observation, us Khmer tend to start another group because we don't like the ideas of a certain group. Or create another temple if we don't like the idea of the committees of that temple. I think that is our weakness. So instead of creating another group and confuse the public even more who already miss informed, we need to strengthen what we already have. We can change the leadership by pushing for it not breaking up and form another group.
