Ok you could do whatever to commemorate this anniversary . But during this ceremony please don`t blame to CPP as a culprit for the loss of Khmer Krom territory. The loss of Khmer krom was the fault of Khmer ancestors because they were too weak .And the chance to bring back this territory is = 0000000000.001 % unless Cambodia own
