The ECCC is full of Deputy Prime Minister Sok An’s special agents and CPP Party members. More than half of the ECCC senior administration and staff are either CPP Party members or pro-CPP “like-minded.” That’s why it didn’t surprise me when I heard that Khmer Co-prosecutor Chea Leang is the niece of Sok An, and that she refused to prosecute additional Khmer Krahom leaders. Chea Leang will do whatever her uncle Sok An tells her to do. She’s not in the ECCC to seek justices for the victims of the Khmer Krahom.
On May 10, 2011 Chea Leang announced that she has no plan to investigate and prosecute the Khmer Krahom suspects in Case 003 and Case 004 – even though it is a known fact that Meas Muth and Sou Met were former Khmer Krahom military commanders. They were both directly responsible for many killings during the Democratic Kampuchea Period.
Similarly, Mrs. Helen Jarvis, an Australian academic, who’s the ECCC Chief of Public Affairs and Head of the ECCC Victims, is a very good friend of Sok An. She visits Sok An at the Ministry of Council of Ministers quite often to inform and be advised on the ECCC matter. She’s been so good to Sok An that’s why he recently awarded her a Cambodian citizenship - Helen is also a member of the Leninist Party Faction in Australia.
The SRP Party MP Son Chhay was correct when he said that the government can’t find justice for the Khmer Krahom’s victims because the government leaders were former Khmer Krahom themselves!

It certainly gives hope that Cambodia, despite all of the problems she is now having, because of the stupidity of some of her own children, there are other children who work very hard to save her.
A lot of work needs to be done inside Cambodia to arouse strong interests in the survival of Cambodia as a nation and race.
The state of Education in Cambodia is still very poor unfortunately. This needs to change as only through good education can new generation of Cambodians begin to put interests of their country before theirs and become smart enough to start voting the CPP and Hun Sen out of power!
Hun Sen plays the game with election to help legitimize his power and let us teach the Cambodians wherever they are in Cambodia to know that they do have the power to remove Hun Sen and one way of doing that is to make him lose his position through the ballots. He may not give up power, but then at least we can make him not legitimate in the eyes of the international communities and that will be the first move we should strive to accomplish.

Are you are only post traumatic when you commit a crime? You are letting justice slip by the fingers by remaining in active. Mr. Rob hammil lost only one brother but his struggle is as if he lost an entire family, someone of you lost an entire family and prefers to ignore it- only problem is your ignoring it isn't doing you any good and neither is it helping the communities that have adopted you.

The ECCC has been setup to find justice for KR’s victims and also to try to elevate the Cambodian justice system to its somewhat international standard of justice.
But in the opposite the Cambodian corruption system teaches the ECCC how the justice is done in Cambodia.

What is the ECCC? Is it another kangaroo’s court?
I don't think Chea Leang is qualifying as a judge. A judge wouldn't make such decision before cross-examination. The Court is responsible to take all complain and open for a hearing. The judge can only make decision with cross-examination in front of at least 11 juries. The judge must listen to the juries for their collective decision. The role of the judge is to prosecute the criminal according to their crimes. Chea Leang should be kicked out from the Tribunal for working in cover up criminals.

Why do Koh Tral Island, known in Vietnam as Phu Quoc, a sea and land area covering proximately over 30,000 km2 [Note: the actual land size of Koh Tral itself is 574 square kilometres (222 sq miles)] have been lost to Vietnam by whose treaty? Why don’t Cambodia government be transparent and explain to Cambodia army at front line and the whole nation about this? Why don't they include this into education system? Why?
Cambodian armies are fighting at front line for 4.6 km2 on the Thai border and what's about over 30,000km2 of Cambodia to Vietnam. Nobody dare to talk about it! Why? Cambodian armies you are decide the fate of your nation, Cambodian army as well as Cambodian people must rethink about this again and again. Is it fair?
Koh Tral Island, the sea and land area of over 30,000 square kilometres have been lost to Vietnam by the 1979 to 1985 treaties. Why don't they include Koh Tral (Koh Tral size is bigger than the whole Phom Phen and bigger than Singapore [Note: Singapore's present land size is 704 km2 (271.8 sq mi)]) with heap of great natural resources, in the Cambodian education system?
Look at Hun Sen's families, relatives and friends- they are billionaires, millionaires. Where did they get the money from when we all just got out of war with empty hands [in 1979]? Hun Sen always say in his speeches that Cambodia had just risen up from the ashes of war, just got up from Year Zero with empty hands and how come they are billionaires, millionaires but 90% of innocent Cambodian people are so poor and struggling with their livelihood every day?
Koh Tral was a Cambodian island, and technically and legally, remained a Cambodian island until today.
