CHAPTER XII: THE CONSTITUTIONAL COUNCIL

Article 142- New (Previously Article 123)

Provisions in any article ruled by the Constitutional Council as unconstitutional shall not be promulgated or implemented.

The decision of the Constitutional Council is final.
