A PEACEFUL WAY TO PUT AN END TO THE DESPISED HUN SEN REGIME

Following my recent judicial victory over former Khmer Rouge prison director and current foreign ministerHor Nam Hong before the French court, I decide to initiate, reactivate or accelerate new and ongoing criminal lawsuits in democratic countries with independent courts against Cambodia’s current prime minister Hun Sen.
Hun Sen (real name Hun Nal) was a former Khmer Rouge army commander in the Eastern region who served the Pol Pot regime from April 1975 to July 1977 before fleeing to Vietnam. Moreover, as a top-ranking official of the Vietnamese-installed communist regime since 1979 and prime minister since 1985, he is responsible for many most serious crimes including war crimes and crimes against humanity. Hun Sen’s hands are covered with blood following
- The implementation of the deadly K 5 Plan from 1982 to 1988
- The 30 March 1997 grenade attack in Phnom Penh
- The massacre of over a hundred of Funcinpec army officers taken prisoners in the wake of the 5-6 July 1997 military coup
- The murder of dozens of innocent citizens including Buddhist monks peacefully protesting against election irregularities in Phnom Penh in August-September 1998
- The assassination, with his complicity, of his mistress Piseth Pilika by his wife Bun Rany (real name Sam Bun Heang) in 1999.
The above crimes have been documented by independent historians and researchers and respectable institutions such as the United Nations Human Rights Office in Cambodia.
From France and other democratic countries, on several occasions, in public speeches and in numerous writings, I have accused both Hun Sen and Hor Nam Hong of their well-known crimes. Only Hor Nam Hong dared to file a defamation lawsuit against me and he finally and definitively lost. Hun Sen is much more cowardly than Hor Nam Hong because his crimes are more serious and more easily exposed.
This explains why Hun Sen is so apprehensive of any progress in the work of the Khmer Rouge Tribunal in Phnom Penh, which he wants to block at Case 02. Beyond that, his crimes and those of his most prominent colleagues in the ruling CPP would likely be fully exposed.
I sincerely believe that suing Hun Sen with the assistance of competent lawyers in independent courts, including the ICC, for war crimes, crimes against humanity and other most heinous crimes he has committed, would decisively help put an end to a despised regime which, like Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi’s, is killing its own people with systemic corruption, land grabbing and ever increasing human rights abuses.

Among three military chefs involved in the bloody killing of former funcipec military and other Khmer during 1997 coup was Moeung Sakhan, brother in law of Mr Ou Chal, on of the leader of lutos movement with Mr Chao Xeng Ua. A peaceful way to put an end to the despised Hun Sen regime as follow:
Election in real democratic country is vital but election in Cambodia is not as it has already happened in 3 Khmer historic elections in 1998, 2003, 2008 not because most Khmer have voted for puppet Hun Sen but because of all dirty tricks that Hun Sen and yuon CPP have used such as million of yuon immigrants voted for Hun Sen ect. ...., we have very strong proof that most Khmer never voted for Hun Sen and yuon CPP as election in 1993 under UN supervision ( Hun Sen and yuon CPP lost 1993 eleciton ).
In upcomming Cambodian election in 2012 and 2013 Hun Sen will win again by using the same dirty tricks as I mentioned above but this time Hun Sen and yuon CPP will have more landslide win of votes because this time more youn vote than the last 3 previous elections in the past and it also means Khmer innocent people will face more suffering and more killing of all forms from Hun Sen and yuon CPP.
So If MR. Sam Rainsy joins this 2012-2013 eleciton that well organized by Hun Sen and yuon CPP , Mr. Sam Raisy or whoever joint it will face sham full result and more killing and suffering on Khmer innocent people as a whole.
I am not Sam Rainsy Party member but I have supported Mr. Sam Rainsy and other Khmer who say and act for Khmer interest s such as protecting Khmer from becoming minority on their homeland like Champa, Kampuchea-Krom and Lao from yuon ambition or better known as Indochina Federation formed by late Ho Chi Minh.

Why do Koh Tral Island, known in Vietnam as Phu Quoc, a sea and land area covering proximately over 30 000 km2 [Note: the actual land size of Koh Tral itself is 574 square kilometres (222 sq miles)] have been lost to Vietnam by whose treaty? Why don’t Cambodia government be transparent and explain to Cambodia army at front line and the whole nation about this? Why don't they include this into education system? Why?
Cambodian armies are fighting at front line for 4.6 km2 on the Thai border and what's about over 30 000km2 of Cambodia to Vietnam. Nobody dare to talk about it! Why? Cambodian armies you are decide the fate of your nation, Cambodian army as well as Cambodian people must rethink about this again and again. Is it fair?
Koh Tral Island, the sea and land area of over 30 000 km2 square kilometres have been lost to Vietnam by the 1979 to 1985 treaties. The Cambodian army at front line as well as all Cambodian people must rethink again about these issues. Who signed the treaty 1979-1985 that resulted in the loss over 30 000 km2 of Cambodia??? Why they are not being transparent and brave enough to inform all Cambodians and Cambodian army at front line about these issues? Why don't they include Koh Tral (Koh Tral size is bigger than the whole Phom Phen and bigger than Singapore [Note: Singapore's present land size is 704 km2 (271.8 sq mi)]) with heap of great natural resources, in the Cambodian education system?
Look at Hun Sen's families, relatives and friends- they are billionaires, millionaires. Where did they get the money from when we all just got out of war with empty hands [in 1979]? Hun Sen always say in his speeches that Cambodia had just risen up from the ashes of war, just got up from Year Zero with empty hands and how come they are billionaires, millionaires but 90% of innocent Cambodian people are so poor and struggling with their livelihood every day?

Forty-six bodies were brought in and dumped at the crematorium of a Phnom Penh pagoda between 5 and 9 July
In the case of Ho Sok (executed on 7 July, brought to Watt Lanka on 8 July); of Seng Phally, Chao Keang, Chao Tea and Thong Viccheka (executed on 5-6 July and brought by the police to Wat Unalom on the morning of 7 July - see cases number 13-16 above) and in the case of a fifth corpse which was brought to the same pagoda on the same morning, but which could not be identified, the police ordered that cremation of the bodies be conducted without question and without proper cremation permit.
Between 9 and 11 July, according to a variety of reliable corroborating accounts, the bodies of 4 and probably up to 22 soldiers were alleged to have been executed in Pich Nil and burned
