The Cambodian prosecutor for the Khmer Rouge tribunal announced Tuesday that potential suspects named in a third case for the UN-backed court do not fall under its mandate, putting herself at odds with her international counterpart and reviving debate over two contentious cases.
Prosecutor Chea Leang said in a statement the suspects in Case 003, whose names are confidential, should not be prosecuted or investigated further, as they are not the persons most responsible for the crimes of the Khmer Rouge.
Her statement follows complaints by several victims of the Khmer Rouge naming those they thought responsible under cases 003 and 004.
It also follows public remarks by her international counterpart Monday calling for the names of suspects to be made public and for more investigation to continue.
Investigating judges announced April 29 they had concluded their investigations in Case 003, offering a short period for prosecutors to review the case.
“The named suspects in case file 003 do not fall within the jurisdiction” of the tribunal, Chea Leang said in her statement. Those named in the case are “neither senior leaders nor those who were most responsible during the period of Democratic Kampuchea.”

Koh Tral Island must not be forgotten

Why do Koh Tral Island, known in Vietnam as Phu Quoc, a sea and land area covering proximately over 30,000 km2 [Note: the actual land size of Koh Tral itself is 574 square kilometres (222 sq miles)] have been lost to Vietnam by whose treaty? Why don’t Cambodia government be transparent and explain to Cambodia army at front line and the whole nation about this? Why don't they include this into education system? Why?
Cambodian armies are fighting at front line for 4.6 km2 on the Thai border and what's about over 30,000km2 of Cambodia to Vietnam. Nobody dare to talk about it! Why? Cambodian armies you are decide the fate of your nation, Cambodian army as well as Cambodian people must rethink about this again and again. Is it fair?
Koh Tral Island, the sea and land area of over 30,000 square kilometres have been lost to Vietnam by the 1979 to 1985 treaties. The Cambodian army at front line as well as all Cambodian people must rethink again about these issues. Are Cambodian army fighting to protect the Cambodia Nation or protecting a very small group that own big lands, big properties or only protecting a small group but disguising as protecting the Khmer nation?
The Cambodian army at front lines suffer under rain, wind, bullets, bombs, lack of foods, lack of nutrition and their families have no health care assistance, no securities after they died but a very small group eat well, sleep well, sleep in first class hotel with air conditioning system with message from young girls, have first class medical care from oversea medical treatments, they are billionaires, millionaires who sell out the country to be rich and make the Cambodian people suffer every day.
Who signed the treaty 1979-1985 that resulted in the loss over 30,000 km2 of Cambodia??? Why they are not being transparent and brave enough to inform all Cambodians and Cambodian army at front line about these issues? Why don't they include Koh Tral (Koh Tral size is bigger than the whole Phom Phen and bigger than Singapore [Note: Singapore's present land size is 704 km2 (271.8 sq mi)]) with heap of great natural resources, in the Cambodian education system?
Look at Hun Sen's families, relatives and friends- they are billionaires, millionaires. Where did they get the money from when we all just got out of war with empty hands [in 1979]? Hun Sen always say in his speeches that Cambodia had just risen up from the ashes of war, just got up from Year Zero with empty hands and how come they are billionaires, millionaires but 90% of innocent Cambodian people are so poor and struggling with their livelihood every day?
Koh Tral was a Cambodian island, and technically and legally, remained a Cambodian island until today.

Most Khmers stay with Thais instead of with Yuon. There is nothing good about Yuon.
Uh Oh, what has it been going on in Cambodia since Hun Sen was illegally installed by Hanoi Communist leader (like Pham Van Dong and other Vietnamese leaders) in 1985 after the Killing Fields was ended on 01/07/1979.
Hun Sen was really from a peasant family and joined the Khmer Rouges army. During the Killing Fields, he was shot right in one of his eyes and then fled to Vietnam. He came back to Cambodian with Communist Vietnamese Troops to invade Cambodia. His education levels has not been clear. He did not have experiences to lead Cambodia since he was installed as Prime Minister of Cambodia. It was very dumb to install Hun Sen as a leader by his Communist Hanoi master after Mr. Pen Sovan was ousted and put in jail in Hanoi, Communist Vietnam.
It has been very strange that Hun Sen has been using Communist Vietnamese comrades or folks and Communist Hanoi masters to be his guiders or guides when leading Cambodia from 1985 until now. Hun Sen is very dumb and stupid, not knowing how to drive Cambodia. Unfortunately, Hun Sen has been enjoying having a power and leader, but nothing benefiting to Cambodia. His stinky leadership caused so many damages to Cambodia every since and fucking Communist Vietnam benefit everything from Hun Sen. For examples, money and foods from the international donors have gone to Vietnam instead of reaching the innocent Cambodian people who were/are desperately need during the war torn country.
You have seen that Cambodia has been under developed since 1979 because of Hun Sen's Yuon/Vietnamese administrations and Yuon/Vietnamese guiders. Now, you can see illegal Yuon/Vietnamese Sok Ann's niece has worked as a lawyer at ECCC. That is very disgusted. Nothing to find the justice for innocent Cambodian people.
Now, you can see what has been going on in Cambodia. There are many Yuon/Vietnamese folks have a good jobs in Phnom Penh, such as, Hor 5 Hong, Sok Ann, Sok Kong, Bun Rany (Hun Sen's Yuon wife), and so on.
Watch out, Khmer people, tell the UN and International Communities or the US, Canada, UK, and other powerful countries, NATO allies.

The situation in Cambodia under the Communist Yuon/Vietnamese illegal occupations between 1979 and now can be very serious. It hurts Cambodia very in the world.
Can't you imagine illegal Communist Yuon/Vietnamese comrades of Hun Sen have been robbing, stealing and destroying step by step until present? I would say, WHAO!!!
I can't believe that Yuon/Vietnamese Communist occupied Cambodia illegally in the blind eyes of International Communities and the UN.
Everything from International Donors, UN, the U.S., UK, Canada, Australia, and other generous countries have been stolen and shipped to Communist Vietnam under illegal Communist Vietnamese's administrators and officials (Hun Sen's guiders or guides) since 1979.
I think the International Communities or Donors, the UN, USA, Aussie, and so on, should force and demand Communist Vietnamese leaders to have to pay back all the money and return everything they (Yuon/Vietnamese) to Cambodia or those organizations.
I have to say that Hun Sen is the most stupid and dumbest idiot in the world. He will feel guilty for what he had done to hurt and destroy Cambodian people and he has to shoot himself in his head to death. Shame on Hun Sen!
