BANGKOK, 20 May 2011-Natural Resources and Environment Minister Suwit Khunkitti expressed his readiness in attending a bilateral talk with Cambodia in Paris, adding that the problem began when the Preah Vihear was listed as one of the world’s heritage site.
According to Mr. Suwit, the talk will be held from 25-26 May, 2011 with Thailand standing firm on addressing the issue by determining the boundary on the Thai-Cambodian border first before a management plan around the temple is proposed.
Mr. Suwit said he would refer to how Cambodia had gone and listed the temple the heritage site without settling the demarcation issue with Thailand first. He said this had entailed a series of gunfights in the past couple of years over the frontier. In addition, he is expected to give a summary on the preparation on 23 May, 2011 after seeing Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva.
The Natural Resources and Environment Minister further explained that the Cambodian move to list Preah Vihear was unlawful and it failed to recognize the United Nations protocol on world heritage site since the country did not include the management plan around the temple as part of it was still located on the Thai soil. (sic!)

this map is very important because it created present-day map of cambodia with all the adjacent countries, you know! siem, like it or not, must respect this treaty or there will be no limitation of borderline at all, really! think about it, ok!

Illegal is the Thai who has been trying to undo the UN inked the charter of Preah Vihear as UN Heritage site! How anyone can talk the sense out of these Thai nonsenseable current leader? The UN knew that the Preah Vihear
belonged to Cambodia.So the UN accepted it to the world heritage.
When Cambodia put this temple to the
world heritage,but Thai did not accept it.At that time Cambodia govt
should take this case to the UN court
in Hague.
But the Cambodia govt ignored or
neglected.
We luckily have some survive well educate Khmer live outside and inside Cambodia. But we have a lot of the new generation of Khmer born in Cambodia and outside of Cambodia know so well the history of our country included the history of the Khmer Empire.
We will not let Thai people treat us like a school boy and change our history, what ever Thai wanted.
Thai accept the decision from 1962 or Thai will have the war not with Cambodia, but also with the world community.

The world map is the evident to prove which part is thai and which part is khmer, so what ever we do it is up to us and there is nothing to do with them. So, this is another way for their excuse after what have done to us, that is shooting at us and damaging our property and is trying to get away from this by saying this or that. The truth is Thai have pay some compoundsation to the damage that they have done to us since the clush began, like the cost of timing, suffering, and damages etc...
Thai have never been so nice to us, they are like the Asian cancer or the Southeast Asian Whore. In world war 1 and II they allowed the White to use their country as a base to attack all Asian nations including USSR.
In 1979-1983 they helped to kill Khmer-Viet by dumping us onto the minefield including robbing and raping us and thousands others had suffered tromendously. Before 1975 and after Viet and Khmer helped each other out to win the war from the west. So, now is the time for the Thai whore to repay for what they are done to all of us in the southeast Asian.
