The authority has no right to do, but also most of these people have no right to live there, because some of them are moving into this place only after the invasion of the Vietnamese Military in Cambodia in 1978.
Most of houses in the area are belonging to other people, but they also not allowed to visit their houses or get back into their houses by the new home occupied.
My family were evacuated like other out of Phnom Penh in 1975, but survived the Khmer Rouge regime able returned back to Phnom Penh in 1978. We wanted to move back into our home, but was not able, because someone else has occupied our house and not gave us a chance to stay for the night. We therefore have to look somewhere else to live. We never have a chance to visit our house again, because we were also throated very bad by the new home occupied.
Those people need more weapons to teach them how the people can, Cambodia is your country and your land, not ah CCP (viet slave) alone. Khmers need new fight against Hun regime (new Khmer Rouge). Khmer leaders are shit, included Sihanouk.
don't forget things changed in cambodia since the KR. you don't have to be fanatic about it, really!
