Public Statement by the Co-Investigating Judges
As the Co-Investigating Judges have credible information that the content of the Second Introductory Submission which is classified as confidential, has been divulged by a disloyal staff member of the ECCC, warning is hereby given that anyone publishing information from this confidential document is liable to be subjected to proceedings for Interference with the Administration of Justice pursuant to Internal Rule 35.

Internal Rule 35: Interference with the Administration of Justice
1. 1. The ECCC may sanction or refer to the appropriate authorities, any person who knowingly and willfully interferes with the administration of justice [Siegfried: Ooooppps, Bunleng, that’s us and your government!], including any person who:
a) discloses confidential information in violation of an order of the Co-Investigating Judges or the Chambers;
b) without just excuse, fails to comply with an order to attend [Siegfried: Didn’t the Court summon several senior government officials, like that guy, you know, the Boeung Trabaek minister, and they refused to attend?], or produce documents or evidence before the Co-Investigating Judges or the Chambers;
c) destroys or otherwise tampers in any way with any documents…
d) etc.
