BANGKOK, 7 June 2011 – Supreme Commander General Songkitti Jaggabatara reaffirms that the military are duty-bound to protect the country’s sovereignty while negotiations with Cambodia over the disputed area depend mainly on the government.
General Songkitti stated that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be responsible for collating related information about the Preah Vihear case and lodging it to the International Court of Justice for consideration while the military will take care of the nation’s sovereignty only.
The supreme commander continued that the government will be responsible for mapping out a policy guideline for the negotiation with the neighbouring rival.
General Songkitti reiterated that the military will not carry out any negotiations. He said the stance has been announced and explained clearly in writing to the National Defence Council and Defence Minister General Prawit Wongsuwan.

They are nothing more than a coward. Since the begging of times, they are coward opportunistic thank anything else. Sided with British before world war II, killed the British when the Japanes pushed British out, then kissed American's ass after World War II. Thai has no spine. It is a country with no principle. Their word mean nothing. Soon Thai will cowtow to China. American, forget about Thai. This people have no principle, no moral standing. They pick the fight only with the weak and poor. Thailand is the 'whore or the cancer' of the Southeast Asia for thousands of years. In World War 1 and II they helped the white west to use their country as a base to attack all other Asian nations. Thai has never been good to their neighbouring country. Knowing that Khmer has suffered enough from their civil war already, yet continue to take advantage of us on doing wickedness, it is so wrong! Where are their morality???. We all are human being that needs to be respected. The world map is the evident to show which part is Khmer and which part is Thai, yet wanting to over rule the international law for their own benefit??? I am sure the UN will condemn than and would say 'where are your eyes, can't you see in this world map?' who care about the 1962 agreement or not. The point is; whatever is drawn, that is it!. The world map is an official for all nations whether you like it or not.
At the end of the day, we belong to the land; the land doesn't belong to us. So, why fighting over what is not yours in the first place or if it is then let it go for it is already done in the world map, just accept as it is and make peace for god sack. After all we all need peace not war. Thai is yet to pay for what they have done to the southeast Asians, however, so far 50% of their nation have HIV, this is called 'karma' you can't get way from anything really, in the end.
In 1979-1985 Thai helped to kill thousands of Khmer-Viets by dumping us onto the mine-field including robbed, raped and killed us. Thai may think they can get away but when judgement day comes, i am sure they will pay for it. UN would not want to be part of the Thai dirty mind, I am sure they will find justice for the righteous one, Amen.
Yeah right, Khmer are a big threat to Thai sovereignty like Israli are big threat to the world well being.

Siem has one of its leaders said Siem would comply with the UN court, while another one of its leader said Siem would not comply.
It's hard to know what they are up too.
Does Siem rule by a government or just an individuals liars?
