[Thai] PM ready to confer with Hun Sen under JBC framework [-Abhisit's conditions will likely be rejected by Cambodia?]

BANGKOK, June 5 (MCOT online news) -- Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva said Sunday that he is prepared to discuss with his Cambodian counterpart Hun Sen on ways to end the two countries' border tensions.

Mr Abhisit noted talks can start on under the conditions that: discussions must be held under the Thai-Cambodian Joint Boundary Commission (JBC) framework, a joint management plan for the disputed area near Preah Vihear temple must be made, and that Cambodia must also withdraw the temple from world heritage listing.

The Phnom Penh government must also display its sincerity by withdrawing its case handed to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to interpret its 1962 ruling on the ancient temple before talks can start, Mr Abhisit said.

His remarks were made after a close aide to Thailand's ex-prime minister Gen Chavalit Yongchaiyudh reportedly said that the latter had recently held talks with Mr Hun Sen in which both men agreed that forces of the two countries posted at the disputed 4.6-square-kilometre patch of land near the cliff-top Preah Vihear temple must be withdrawn and the area would be jointly managed thereafter while boundary demarcation would be handled by JBC members.

It must be understood that the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the two countries in 2000 clearly stipulated that changes in the disputed area could not be made by either country, which means that Cambodians must leave the area first if the Phnom Penh government respects the MoU, Mr Abhisit said.

He said the Phnom Penh government must also display its sincerity if it wants to solve the border problem by withdrawing the World Heritage status for the temple before talks could start.

Mr Abhisit said talks could "end in futile" if Cambodia continues to move on the issue with other channels.

The International Court of Justice in 1962 ruled that the 11th century temple belongs to Phnom Penh.

UNESCO named the temple a World Heritage Site in July 2008 after Cambodia applied for the status. The country submitted a unilateral management plan for the temple last year to UNESCO's World Heritage Commission, which then deferred a decision.

Just put it this way, an a trustworthy Abhisit is a death Abhisit.

As long as he is alive, his words of mouth are worst than his shit come from his asshole.

Abhisit is in deep, deep summer night dream. Only an earthquake of 100 Richter Magnitude Scale in his bedroom can wake him up.

If Hun Sen withdraws Preah Vihear from Unesco, Hun Sen will be a child.

Cambodia will never agree to what Abhisit wants because it is out of question. How can you withdraw the temple from world heritage listing and joint management plan with Thailand for the disputed area near Preah Vihear temple before you can talk to Abhisit? There is NO-WAY . Abhisit would lay flat on the ground and laugh if Cambodia agrees to what he wants.

Khmer language

Khmer people spent too much time and money to concentration on Preah Vihear temple conflicts a final resolve will be all to the Vietnamese interests.

Khmer people should put those money to protecting and saving all Khmer children in educations, health cares, technologies, Khmer language in digital world is very few compared to Laos.

Laos in google.la it come up with Laos language in all internet access but Khmer language you need to download Khmer Unicode in your pc enable to read and type Khmer in google.com.kh but if you try to use other pc without Khmer Unicode you cannot see Khmer language. In Google Earth in Cambodia map there is no Khmer letters were being used. All Khmer needed to study and teach all the Khmer children the Khmer language technologies. The Cambodian government is responsible for everything to improve Khmer children life and Khmer language in all fields.

I'll tell you what, I met a British tourist who recently returned from Thailand.

He said he was surprised to see very few tourists in Thailand. They are very nice people, why tourists do not come here anymore?

I did not say anything bad about Thai to him, I just listen.

That's speak fact and volume.

The ugliness of Thai people turn people off from Thailand.

Plus overseas Cambodian can choose other airlines to Cambodia such as Air Malay, Singapore, Indonesia etc.

Cambodia is also importing less from them. There is no any special icon to see in Thailand, that's why they make so much trouble on Preah Vehear.

They are jealous and Thai economy is drying up fast.

Very soon Thailand will be poorer than Cambodia.

Cambodia is not the Hun Sen's country. Mr Hun Sen is the only the PM of Cambodian government.

To be clear for some stupid Thais:

"Cambodia is the country of all Khmer born and the country of the Khmer people. Not only Khmer in Cambodia, but also Khmer or Cambodian born around the globe included Khmer born in Thailand can have a Cambodian nationality.

Please study the Cambodian Constitution.

Hi Dear all,

It is good to hear that Mr. abhisit will raise the question about Preah Vihear temple with PM Hun Sen to withdraw the World Heritage site list before start talking with hun Sen. Does Hun Sen get the propose of Abhisit?

An: Preah Vihear temple declared by The World Heritage committees, not hun Sen.If Hun Sen dares to do what Abhisit would talk with , Hun Sen will be killed by suicide bombers, because many devoted Khmer men devoted their lives to protect our territorial integrity, I warn you ( Hun Sen) dare to do, dare to be killed.

Abhisit's dream is impossible, if a man have his own consciousness, can not open his mouth to talk that, nowadays, Abhisit looks like a mad dog, lost way to walk.

If Hun sen agrees that plan, he is worse than the commercial hen's shit, and is not different from the dog eat rice under the house.... he he he
