01 June 2011 is the celebration of the 62nd anniversary of the International Children’s Day. In Cambodia, NGOs involved with the education and protection of children indicated that the respect of children’s rights seem to be improving from last year.

Nevertheless, civil society officials are still concerned about the fact that Cambodian children still face a number problem such as trade of children, legal issues faced by children, drug abuse, domestic violence, child labor, poverty, low level of education, food shortage and diseases.

Don't show these kids to the white men. They'll abuse and/or rape these kids.

I'm not surprise to this very poor children, I've seen so many and everywhere in Cambodia.

seeing the picture of kids playing in the mud above reminded me of a mud bath in japan. i think cambodia should have a place for mud bath because mud bath is relaxing and good for your skin and health. i think someone in cambodia should go study about mud bath in japan and come back to create one in cambodia. i bet it will be popular with tourists and those of us who are adventurous in life, etc, etc, really! think about it, it's an idea, you know!
