Does logical framework approach bring success to all the planners?

To me logical framework approach is a tool or frame to lock yourself logically from what you have planned and keep implementing it.

Many researchers criticise logical framework approach as an approach to limit your activities like a horse wearing its eye caps.

Cheers,
